Waikomo Stream Villas is a quaint little resort located between the Kukuiula Shopping Center and Koloa Landing in the heart of Poipu.
It has the old Hawaiiana feel, with lush landscaping , koi ponds, and the stream running through the property. Walking distance to shopping, dining, snorkeling and swimming. The resort has a nice pool and a covered BBQ dining area with winding walking paths between buildings.

This spacious condo is located right on Waikomo Stream and the peace of nature will lull you into relaxation. It is equipped with a full kitchen, washer and dryer and plenty of space to spread out.

We had a great stay at this property. The condo is spacious, well furnished, and the bed is extremely cozy. The host was very easy to communicate with, and helped us out right away when needed. I would recommend this property to others!

Unfortunately, we were unable to travel because my husband shredded his rotator cuff and needed surgery. The property owner was helpful and offered to work with us, which she didn't need to do, and we are very appreciative.

Check in was clear and easy; condo was conveniently located to so much on the south shore! We especially loved walking to Baby Beach. The kitchen was well stocked, bed was very comfortable and the property was fun to explore.

Beautiful, Peaceful Abode with Thoughtful Touches

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My partner and I had a wonderful stay at the vacation rental. The place was very clean, artfully decorated, and peaceful. We appreciated the thoughtful gift box with macadamia nut cookies and coffee. They even had earplugs if you are sensitive to the noise of frogs! The location was very convenient, and it made a great home base to explore the whole island.

This property is in such an ideal location for south island activities and food. Many great beaches within just a few minute drive and great food even closer. The unit included may of the necessary beach things you would want like chairs and a cooler. The only thing that wasn’t there was a beach umbrella which we were able to rent locally. AC kept the unit comfortable. Easy parking even with them resurfacing the lot while we were there. We would definitely stay here again.

This unit has everything you need, the location was good, the view of the koi pond was delightful, the bed was comfortable and the bedding was nice ( and colorful too). Area was quiet. Management was helpful. The air conditioning had mini splits in the bedroom and the living room which made the condo very comfortable. We really appreciated this. Although it is located close to shops and beaches I would still recommend driving.

The location was perfect, right next to a shopping center and close to the beach. The accommodations were great and the patio area was lovely to sit on and have your morning coffee!

You can not beat the location, walking to the Kukuiula shopping was nice. The pool was peaceful , my daughter and I enjoyed it. We will stay again in the near future.

Great Location

The Waikomo Stream Villas are conveniently located and in walking distance to the shopping mall where there are many restaurants and shops. Close to Poipu beach. The unit is located close to the pool, and you can hear the calm trickling of the stream from the bedroom and family room area. You will need to climb one flight of stairs to the unit.It was fully equipped. Enjoyed our stay and would stay again in the future.

relaxing get away near everything

Our week stay was relaxing and centrally located to everything we wanted to do. The condo was nice, from the extra large couch to the outdoor dining table on the patio overlooking a stream.

Perfect Location/Large Space

This place was great! Perfect location on the south part of the island, close to all the Poipu beaches, shopping, restaurants, and attractions. The unit is large
every room is big! The kitchen and bathroom could use some updates but really it’s still very nice and it doesn’t take away from the experience there
comfortable, homey, functional with a wonderful island feel. And a great view out on the wonderful lanai of very lush landscape and a stream. Beautiful and relaxing. And not to mention
the AC comes in clutch!! The whole complex is quaint, lush, and has plenty of parking. We have stayed in about 5 different places in Kauai over the last two years and this one is my fav. Grab this one for sure!
