Enjoy 3 bedrooms, one and a half bathrooms upstairs, a cool climate in the basement with a fun playroom. Fenced in back yard to allow your furry friend to roam during your stay. Cable TV, WiFi internet, fireplace, and full kitchen with furnishings. Just a few minutes drive to downtown Asheville, walk to the Malvern Hills Park and Giant Pool, 2 minutes to all the fun shops and Cafes of Haywood Road, 10 minutes to the Biltmore House, 18 Minute drive to Mount Pisgah peak on the Blue Ridge Parkway, 30 Minutes to Maggie Valley and 50 minutes to Cherokee. 50 minutes to Lake Lure, 30 minutes to Billy Graham's "The Cove " retreat in Black Mountain.
