Perfect location helps make a perfect vacation! Great property (established in 2021) for all your vacation needs in Hilton Head! Truly a great find for everyone wanting to include other family and friends to make this a wonderful vacation experience while on property or participating in the many vacation options at your doorstep! No need for your car the entire week. Take the hassle out of worrying about how to get from point A to point B when everything is here! This 5 bedroom/7 bath is one of the few available homes in an optimum location just one block from groceries/retail/restaurants and most important, convenient and easy private access to the ocean with beach entry on the same street from its 8th row location. Also, as a bonus, the home is now located just two business blocks from Celebration Park featuring a pirate ship playground, walking paths, concerts, and large green space. Guests will appreciate the flexibility of participating as a group at any of these options or choosing their own path for the moment.

The home truly embraces vacation opportunities for all members of your family. The layout allows a spacious gathering place for socializing and relaxing for as many as 18 people. An elevator is available for unpacking convenience as well as easy access for family members who will appreciate its availability in this inviting vacation getaway. Featuring two outdoor living spaces, luxurious options are provided for lounging by the pool or in a covered patio. Watch sports or a movie on the TV while hanging out at the pool. More privacy is available in the outdoor upper level screened patio to allow a more quiet serene setting for relaxing or taking a break from the day’s events. The front porch is the width of the home allowing another space for guests who choose to simply enjoy sitting outdoors. Gorgeous gathering spaces are also available in the main floor great room, spacious fully equipped kitchen, or with the upstairs common area where kids can hang out and play.

My wife and I first visited Hilton Head in 1998 and have yet to find any other place that matches the tranquility of its island spirit.

Why they chose this property

This is one of the closest residences to both Coligny retail/venues combined with beach recreation, yet provides its own private oasis and vacation appeal as a one of the newer custom homes in the area.

What makes this property unique

The ease of access to local venues, restaurants, groceries, and beach makes it a very manageable vacation for whatever size group is staying at the property. It avoids the hassle of having to worry about another means of transportation to handle a large party or separate parties pursuing their paths on occasion for a change of pace. You will appreciate the unique access to many options combined with the accommodation size of the home allowing flexibility and the pace each of the guests chooses for the moment.
