Situated in the picturesque setting of Reflections in the Catalinas, our delightful condominium is conveniently positioned just steps away from the community's expansive heated pool (during winter), a ground-level hot tub, a fully equipped fitness room, and two outdoor barbecue grills.

Our property has undergone significant updates and upgrades recently. Notable improvements include custom concrete flooring and countertops, enhanced furniture, including a new king-sized bed in the master bedroom, and the addition of an LG Laundry Center to better cater to our guests' needs. Additionally, the living room now features a top-of-the-line 65" Samsung Smart TV paired with a soundbar for an elevated entertainment experience.

Our delightful courtyard serves as a charming outdoor retreat, perfect for savoring a cup of coffee or unwinding with a cold beer or a glass of wine after an invigorating hike.

The decor exudes a southwestern vibe, featuring local art and photography.

Peaceful and safe community in the gorgeous and sought-after Catalina Foothills. Plenty of nearby hiking, biking, and golfing.
The neighborhood is ideal for leisurely morning walks, offering stunning mountain views, and evening strolls to relish breathtaking sunsets. Keep an eye out, as you might even encounter some local wildlife!

Convenience is ensured with one covered parking space near the unit, supplemented by plentiful visitor spaces for your convenience.
The condo, situated on the first floor of a two-story building, offers 969 square feet of living space. Accessible with just eight small steps down the sidewalk to the building, it provides convenience and easy entry.

Conveniently located within three miles of La Encantada, Tucson's premier shopping center, we offer access to a diverse range of luxury and specialty retail stores and restaurants.

For outdoor enthusiasts, numerous hiking trails and golf resorts are in close proximity. A brief four-mile drive leads to the nearest parking lot for The Loop, Tucson's well-known paved biking trail.

Explore the region with a ninety-minute drive to Tombstone, Arizona, home of the OK Corral, or a sixty-minute drive to Sonoita, Arizona, for delightful local wine and beer tasting experiences.

Great spot perfect location nice amenities.

Spent a month golfing, hiking, biking and exploring. Great quiet condo in a lovely quiet complex - close to everything including hiking. Loved the pool and spa. Great little gym. BBQ area was convenient. Owner very responsive

Great condo

They have thought of everything at this property. The location was great for getting around Tucson. We had a pet and they were very accommodating. Definitely will stay here again. The host was very accommodating and communication was great!

Excellent Place

Amber’s place was very clean, very cozy and inviting. The location is great, close to hiking trails and not far to restaurants and entertainment. The views of the Catalinas are amazing. My kids loved the pool. We are definitely coming back.

Great Condo

We had a great time at Amber's condo. Very clean, lots of room, large kitchen and a new washer & dryer in the condo all were greatly appreciated. The heated pool across the parking lot also added to our stay. Amber was quick to respond to any messages and very flexible on a change we had to make to our schedule.

WONDERFUL

Our stay was exactly what we needed! It was perfectly clean, stocked with all the necessities and next to (but not to close) to the hustle and bustle of Tucson. Amber was an excellent host!! The front zen patio was our favorite spot for morning coffee and starting each day off with positive energy!! Thank you for having us

Quaint and comfortable condo unit

This condo unit was very clean and well located in a great complex with a lap pool and work out facilities. Gorgeous view of the mountains from the pool. Condo well equipped with amenities. Adorable outdoor enclosed patio. Amber was very responsive to questions and check in very easy.

3 Night Stay In Tucson

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at Skyline Bel Air Estates. We stopped in Tucson for 3 nights on our way to California from Minnesota. We felt at home the minute we walked in the door. The condo was comfortable, well equipped, quiet and tastefully decorated. It made a wonderful home base while we toured all that Tucson has to offer. Amber was easy to communicate with and seemed to enjoy sharing her property with us. We will definitely consider staying here again when we drive through Tucson!

Skyline Belair Estate

If you are looking for a relaxing stay in a beautiful location, then this is the place for you! There is beautiful mountain scenery, an amazing pool and hot tub, along with a well equipped workout room. The condo is tastefully designed, and the beds are great! My husband and I slept were very comfortable there. Our host, Amber had the condo stocked with everything a person could want! She went above and beyond to make sure our stay was enjoyable! This was my first time going through VRBO to rent a place and if every host is as kind and caring as Amber is, then I can’t imagine an unsatisfied guest! Thank you Amber for making our vacation such an enjoyable stay!

Loved Tucson!

This place was perfect for our first visit (but not the last) to Tucson. This unit is tucked away from all the busy roads and provides a peaceful atmosphere. The Catalina foothills is the place to be! The condo was clean and well appointed. It was a good size for two people. Not too big / not too small. The courtyard was nice, but (as the pictures indicate) does not have a “view” except for the building next to it. This did not spoil the enjoyment though. The swimming pool was beautiful and truly enjoyed laying out by it. I believe they could use a few more loungers. The hot tub was built in, huge and only had 4 (maybe 6) single powerful jets, and thus not designed with all the multiple jets that I am used too. So that was a disappointment, but did not dampen our enjoyment. Also, a large natural area was adjacent to the back of our building where many birds, including quail, and javelinas made their home. It was a highlight for me when the javalina family made their way up the walk ramp and across the parking lot to find dinner. Our hostess was great. One day there was a water main that broke. She responded and helped as much as she could. It turned out not so bad as they restored the water for the weekend and we were fine. Only a few hours without. The only true downside was the neighbor above is heavy footed, and so can be a distraction. Otherwise, we would highly recommend this unit.

AMAZING Stay!!!

Amber was so accommodating and communicative! We were traveling with an infant for the first time and she provided us with a pack and play so that we didn’t have to bring ours. The condo was very spacious, clean, and the beds were super comfy! 10/10 would recommend and stay again! You won’t regret it.

A very comfortable place to stay. Very quiet and clean. The hostess was quick to reply to the booking, provided excellent directions and no doubt would have solved issues quickly if there had been any. Happy to have found this location, even if we didn't stay in much. If we had the kitchen was well equipped for cooking. Thank you!!

Great location and perfect condo with everything we could possibly need provided

This 2 bedroom condo offers the perfect fit for working remotely while still enjoying Tucson life. The unit was extremely clean and was stocked with everything we could possibly need. The desk provided a comfortable working space and we enjoyed the wide variety of activities from hiking to sightseeing to golf - there even are some reasonably priced public courses nearby. The large pool, hot tub and fitness center are very close and clean. Amber was absolutely awesome to work with and made sure we were comfortable throughout our extended stay. No doubt this unit and Amber earn 5 stars!! Highly recommended and we would stay here again.

Cozy Desert Oasis!

I had a great time staying in Tucson as this lovely condo! My host Amber was super helpful with any questions that I had! It had everything you could possibly need. My favorite part was the front patio! Such a peaceful, beautiful space to relax and unwind. I look forward to staying here again soon 💜🌵💜
