Hot tub was hott and had everything u needed in cabin so u don’t have to leave and buy anything but food…we really enjoyed it and was able to see a bear which we really enjoyed that part off the back deck late night!

Excellent stay

The property was very nice and clean. Location was convenient to anything you would want to do and felt secluded yet safe. Beautiful cabin with comfortable furnishings. Would stay here again.

Perfect cabin for family getaway.

Awesome place to get away with the family for the weekend for Thanksgiving. Minutes from Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. Entrance to the parkway is right there too. Cabin was great and it was nice to walk in with a Christmas tree and music playing on the TV! Would rent again.

Quiet Cabin

The cabin was very clean on a dead end road. The road was quiet and the other cabins nearby were well kept as was the cabin we rented. The roads to get to the cabin were a bit scary but the drive was definitely worth it for a quiet and relaxing stay.

Escape To The Mountains

Property was as described, all amenities were available. So much better than any hotel, especially if the weather doesn't cooperate--room to spread out, room to relax. Trip up and down the mountain to get to the house would rival some roller coasters, but it only helps to put distance between civilization and you. Great, GREAT spot between Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg, able to get to both locations quickly and easily.

Perfect

We had an amazing stay at this cabin! Welcoming and comfortable like home as soon as you walk in the door. The master bed was so comfortable with plenty of pillows. The kitchen and bathrooms were stocked with supplies to get you started after a long drive. There were even a couple of cans of soda and popcorn waiting for us to settle in with a good movie. Everyone had a blast. We definitely plan to come back.

This cabin is everything you could ask for.

Con: trying to find the cabin seems complicated but once you’re there it’s pretty simple. Also be aware of lots of steps if that’s a problem for you. Pro: gorgeous cabin, amazing view, loved the theater and game rooms with tons of movies and popcorn! Cabin fully stocked with anything you could think of and so clean. Loved the gas fireplace and hot tub. Simple check in. They have really thought of everything to make our vacation perfect! Thanks and I hope to return next year!

Great Suprise

When my wife and I booked the property we didn't know much about the area. It was our first family trip to the Smokey's and decided we would book a place that looked nice and hope for the best. As everyone can see from the pictures the cabin is beautiful and very clean but what is more important is the cabin is located on top of a mountain with great views and centrally located between Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. The location of this cabin is perfect if you plan on spending time in both places and spending time in the National Park. You get to everything within a 30 minute drive from this cabin. 10 out of 10 for our family

Summer 2022

We had one issue which was promptly taken care of. Was disappointed that the master shared the bathroom with the main floor and had no dresser or chest in which to put items. Kitchen needed something other than 1 small cabinet to put groceries in. Did not like the location of the cabin. Wasn't near many things in which we were there to do. The cabin was clean and had many things for the grandchildren to do. They enjoyed the game room so much.

Lovely but not very private

The location was amazing and easy to access. The roads were not particularly rough or hard to navigate. the theater room was amazing and easily the favorite spot in the cabin. Everything was spotless. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen well stocked. We had a small issue with the fireplace that was quickly resolved with amazing communication. The only complaint we could have is that the cabin was in a somewhat crowded area of about 6 cabins. Two cabins had a decent view of the hot tub. There always seemed to be noise going on outside. The main bedroom has a large window looking out over the porch. It only had a pale curtain so the streetlight shining in at night was rather bright. Overall we had a lovely stay.

Perfect Place Inbetween Pigeon forge and Gatlinburg

Excellent place to stay. Right inbetween Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg making it easier to get to either place. Property was very clean snd roomy. Loved the back porch with the view. Had an issue Ruth the fireplace, but the property management was n top of it and got it fixed. The only thing we could not get to work was the tv in the downstairs bedroom. It would come on but we could not get it to go to any channel. We didn’t call it in because we only tried to use it a couple of times. But might want to check that out. One addition I would make is to put a light by the outdoor grill. If guests want to grill abs it gets dark you need a flashlight to see to grill. Oh, and the back door needs some WD40 badly. Other than those few things, it was a great place to stay. We’d definitely stay again.

Simply Amazing

The cabin was perfect for our Family! Two adults and 4 children and we still had room! Cabin was clean and fully stocked with everything that we needed! Manager was friendly and attentive. We will be back and will be renting the same Cabin!

We loved this cabin. The location and the cabin itself.

We had a blast in this cabin. I had four of the five of my kids with me and this cabin more than accommodated everyone of us to the fullest. The only thing that did not work was the dish washer and grill. But it was ok we still enjoyed and will stay there again.

Nice cabin that met all our necessary needs.😊

The only struggle we had was getting into the cabin. Afterward. All went well ! We only slept there at night, out to all the different local attractions during the day. We didn't have time to use any of the tubs or the BBQ grill.

Beautiful Cabin

We were amazed at how the property was. We knew from the pictures but they failed to do it justice. property was clean, fun and beautiful. We would go again. We don't think we would be able to go in the snow due to the STEEP hill on the way to the property but we are also from the south where there are no hills. Otherwise we would stay there again in the warmer months no questions asked.

Beautiful and Cozy

Stayed here for a couple pf days with friends. The check-in was smooth and cabin was clean. We loved the game room and theatre room. The theatre room has a huge collection of movies. The cabin also has a great view. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Best vacation rental ever!

The cabin was very clean and cozy. Loved the gas fireplace. Kitchen was stocked with all the pots and pans we needed to cook our Thanksgiving meal. Kids loved the pool table and arcade game. Our family loved this cabin!!

No pets shall be allowed in/on the premises. Detection of a pet will result in removal from the rental and a $150 cleaning fee.
Smoking is not permitted in any Property Management Company properties. If there is any tobacco smell in the cabin after your departure, you will be charged a cleaning fee. Oil lamps and incense are not permitted due to the long-lasting odor. If these policies are violated, there will be a minimum $250 charge for excessive cleaning and potentially an additional cleaning fee.
Do not put any feminine products in the toilet. Plungers are provided if a clog occurs. Please do not pour grease down the drain.
No house parties, excessive alcohol use or loud noise. Quiet hours are between 11 pm and 9am. Any complaints filed with the police will result in expedited eviction.
Tenant is to maintain the property in a safe, clean, sanitary condition.
Dispose of all rubbish and garbage as directed in the check-in instruction.
Do not render inoperable any smoke detectors; they are for your safety.
Guest must use the appropriate parking spaces provided for Property Management Company properties.
