On mountain, beautiful 3 bedroom + loft, 3 bath, townhouse-style condo with soaring vaulted ceilings in great room, loft and master bedroom. Dining room comfortably sits 10 people. Spacious primary bedroom has king size bed. Second bedroom with queen bed and private bathroom. Third spacious bedroom with full, twin and trundle twin mattress bed. This is a corner unit with large windows allowing for expansive light and great views of the meadow and Red Cliffs. Your gourmet kitchen is well appointed with chiseled granite counters, two large pantries, double oven (one speed cook oven), 5 burner gas stove, large central prep island with second sink, bar counter for entertaining. Tranquil breakfast nook has tall windows on two sides. Great room has a stone fireplace with mantle and flat screen TV alcove above. Primary bathroom with jetted tub, large shower and double basin vanity. Private balcony to enjoy sunrise and sunset.
Spacious living room with ample seating for all guests. Board games provided to further enjoy your home away from home.
Private garage for two tandem cars.

Coming back again and again

This was our second winter staying at this place. It is one of the larger units at Kirkwood and it is very comfortable. Everything we needed was here, the owners/managers are completely awesome and you are steps away from the chairlifts. We’ll be back next year.

Amazing mountain house

Our recent stay at the Kirkwood Condo was amazing. The location in between the Timber Creek area and Frontside lifts was prime. The host was very responsive when we had a minor issue with the house. The house was also very well stocked with games etc, that made it very fun for the kids. The corner condo has plenty of windows to take in the mountain views when you are not on the slope.

EZ access to/from lifts.

This was “one of those stays.” At the last minute one of our group decided not to go, then the first day one of us had a migraine and couldn’t ski, then the next day someone was slightly injured while skiing. That is what I mean by “open of those stays.” And, the place was fantastic. It is well appointed, and well stocked. It is close to chair 6 (which is out launch point) and there is easy return access (you can ski all the way to the driveway at the end of the day). It is very comfortable with pillows and blankets. They had some great board games for us to play and everything just worked. If you like skiing and you want to ski and be able to get home quickly for lunch or at the end of the day to cook a great meal and enjoy it at a large table of friends… this is the place.

Perfect family ski chalet

Fantastic townhouse for a snow vacation with two families for a week, and we still liked each other at the end! Can’t wait to try and come back to Kirkwood and would definitely book this property if available. Pro tip, having the kids sleep with spoons under their pillows and flush ice down the toilets brought us 18” of fresh powder!

Stay at Kirkwood condo

The condo was very clean and spacious and had everything we needed for our stay (2 families, 8 people in total). We cooked meals and the kitchen was very well equipped. The hosts were extra welcoming (a hand written note & chocolate) and checked on us before and during our stay. Even with all the ski gear, the 3rd floor location was not a problem for us. The garage fit 2 SUVs and the location could not be better for skiing (ski in and out).

Just as represented and excellent hosts

The perfect big place to hunker down during a weekend getaway with our grandchildren (and their parents too, of course). The unit was spacious, actually more spacious than the photos indicate. Plenty of room, nicely appointed, and very well equipped. It was evident from the thoughtful appointments and extensive accessories that the hosts desire their guests have a comfortable stay. We especially loved the open concept with surrounding views. The two level unit is at the end of the building complex and up 3 flights of stairs so there are no neighbors on three sides and above. Note: there is no elevator so pack light. The host was professional, straightforward and informative in communication and exceedingly gracious and generous. We felt right at home during our stay, and made some fun mountain memories.
