About this property

Sag Harbor Village Chic with water views

Originally historic home from 1850’s. Fully renovated while keeping original details. House is Facing otter pond and has wonderful water views of the pond. Main floor has a open living area with two sitting areas, a library and a dining area. A beautiful TV/Den room has another sofa and few poofs for lounging, watching TV or reading.
Designer furniture with architecturally designed custom lighting and contemporary artwork throughout the house. Kitchen is fully equipped with bertazzoni five burner stove, Miele dishwasher abs large refrigerator, a breakfast table for four, French coffee maker, nespresso coffee maker. A bar area is equipped with all glassware and your bar needs. There is a full bathroom with shower and a laundry room on first floor.
On the second floor there are three bedrooms and a bathroom with bathtub. From the master bedroom where is a king size bed you have beautiful views of the water. The other two bedrooms are facing the backyard and have beautiful sunset views.
The backyard has a cement designer table and benches and a sitting area as well as lounge chairs. The front porch overlooking the water has another seating area for morning or afternoon lounging. Walking distance to downtown sag harbor village and a couple of blocks from park

Loved the back yard garden

Sag Harbor gem…

This Sag Harbor property is a delightful home a just far enough away from the town to be quiet and restful. While there, we sampled several outstanding restaurants and eateries and took an east drive to Montauk. We also spent a fair amount of time within the charming walls of this house. The property manager was incredibly responsive to a couple of inquiries. As I said…a “gem.” JS

Sag harbor

Excellent location beautiful old house. But very loud traffic at night. Larger bedroom had no curtain over window so you can see headlights of all out going cars. And when u came up and down the stairs you could hear everything. Other than that it’s beautiful Clean light and bright. And 5 minute walk to town.

Delightful stay in Sag

We thoroughly enjoyed our few days stay at this charming, chic cottage in Sag. The color palate, floors and furnishings were clearly chosen by a talented eye and with great care. The setting across from Otter Pond offered us a perfect perch for morning tea and a stroll. Our young teenage sons loved the proximity to town and freedom to walk there. A pure delight and we hope to be back one day soon!

Beautiful home close to town

This home has it all! Comfortable modern living within walking distance to downtown Sag Harbor (.7 miles). Gorgeous flowers & welcoming backyard. Thank you for a gorgeous accommodation!
