Great spot for a gal and her dog.

My black lab and I had a great visit! Between their pool and the ac in the New England heat wave the property is close to the beach and Congdon’s, what more could anyone need in Wells?

Short weekend stay

My husband and I very much enjoyed our stay at the cottages. It was cute, clean and had everything we needed. We were able to watch the thunderstorms one evening from the porch and the sky light over the bed is lovely to wake up to. The location is perfect on the main road, very easy to find and lots to do in the area.

Great location!

Small rustic cottage. Bathroom and shower are tiny! Bedroom was nice and comfortable. Nice to have kitchen so you don’t have to eat every meal out. We would stay again.

We bought it last May, and actually just finished updates in that cottage, we painted the cottage put new shutters, new flooring, windows, ac unit, furniture and bedding it’s a work in progress .
