Our cozy family home is now available for guests to enjoy. This cozy modern 1300 sq ft beach condo has 2 beautiful renovated bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms, a modern kitchen with new appliances for your cooking desires. There cannot be a better location than this, located at the heart of Laguna Beach, right across from the art museum and the famous Las Brisas & Urth cafe restaurants. All art galleries, activities, and beaches to explore such as 1000 steps and Heisler park are within walking distance. There is a beautiful sunset scenic and beach vibe throughout. No need for a car, literally everything you need (including Pavilion's and Whole Foods) is within walking distance
