This beautiful Old Nags Head-style cottage offers visitors modern amenities, a prime location, ocean views from the top deck, and ultimate relaxation. When you're ready to head down to the ocean, the E. Small St. Beach Access is just 0.4 miles (a short 8-minute walk) away. Pull into a long driveway with parking for 2 vehicles beneath the house. Relax in a large, bubbly hot tub, which is covered so that you can soak in peace even during a summer evening rainstorm.

You'll feel right at home in the Main Living Area as you chat with your family and watch your favorite show. The Living Area also has a Sleeper Sofa, so everyone can get comfortable. The adjoining Dining Room provides the perfect place to pull out a fun board game when you're not using it to sit down to a delicious seafood feast. A fully stocked kitchen provides plenty of prep space, a breakfast bar, and everything you need to prepare home-cooked meals throughout the week. The Bedroom on this floor has 1 Twin Day Bed with a Pullout Trundle and a Bunk Bed (double-over-double). This room also has access to a Full Bath in the hall (shower only). When you want to enjoy the ocean breeze but stay out of the direct sun on a hot afternoon, step out onto the front or rear-facing covered decks.

Upstairs, rest comfortably in one of two bedrooms. The King Bedroom enjoys deck access and a lovely ocean view with a Pullout Ottomon for additional sleeping space. The other room features a Queen Bed with a TV and deck access. A full bathroom (with tub/shower combo) is accessible from the hall. Both decks on this level are uncovered allowing you to work on your tan and soak in the sun and make it easy to be outside from sunrise to sunset—a masterpiece in the sky that you'll want to watch every day of your vacation.

On the ground level, be sure to enjoy the warmth of the covered bubbly Hot Tub before challenging your family to some friendly competition during a game of Cornhole. Lady Jane also has a comfy Hammock for the ultimate relaxation experience and a Portable Volleyball Net for even more outdoor fun. The beach is only a short 8-minute walk away at the E.
