Spacious four bedroom, two bathroom, single family home with central air, above ground pool, hot tub, fire pit, and fenced yard, and located just 1.5 miles to Ridgevale Beach. Newly purchased and updated including brand new flooring upstairs, all new furniture including beds and mattresses, and new living and dining room.

Step right in to a bright open living room with plenty of couch seating for all of our guests. An open floor plan leads you into the kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a small table for in kitchen eating. A pass through leads to the dining room with seating for 8 as well as an additional table for our smaller guests. Downstairs features two bedrooms: one with a queen bed and the other with two twin beds as well as a full bath with tub. Upstairs features an additional two bedrooms: one with a king bed and another queen room as well as a bathroom with shower stall.

While the inside has been completely transformed, don't miss the amazing exterior of this vacation home! There is a large above ground pool, hot tub, and outdoor shower to enjoy after returning home from the beach. Home is on a quiet dirt road but nearby to easy access to Ridgevale Beach and all Chatham has to offer. Volunteer Park across the street has a skate park as well as a playground. Hop right on the bike trail across the street for a short ride to the airport or downtown Chatham with access to the Cape Cod Rail Trail.

Step right into this relaxing newly updated vacation home in a prime Chatham location with a private pool and hot tub as well as a short distance to Ridgevale Beach and Cape Cod rail trail bike path. Look no further than this updated home with a large back deck, outdoor shower as well as plenty of yard space to run and play. With three floors of living including four bedrooms, two full baths, and a game room in the basement, there is plenty of room for everyone. Across the street is a large park with a skate park and playground for kids. Whether you are looking for a weekend away with friends or a summer vacation with your family, this home has it all.

Excellent location for the whole Chatham Orleans Norwich area. Very clean house with excellent pool and amenities. Fully stocked with games and beach and pool toys. House was perfect for the 6 of us and we enjoyed the games room downstairs. Overall very good value for the area, very responsive owners she. We needed help and we left thinking that we will be back.

Awesome Chatham rental

What an awesome house for our yearly summer week on Cape Cod with my family! The owners left a detailed list of everything we needed to know about the property; it was very much appreciated! The kitchen was very nice and the refrigerator was awesome! The family enjoyed the beautiful pool so much where they played with a number of floats from the shed! Sometimes the grands were in there 3-4 times a day! The closeness of the bike trail was also a big hit! Megan, our go to person, took care of any of our problems! We really enjoyed our week at this lovely house and we’re hoping to return next year!!!

Incredible stay!

Our family of 6 had a blast, the house was comfortable and perhaps the best stocked of any rental we’ve ever had… plenty of games, kitchen goods, plenty of bikes, floaties and anything you’d want in a vacation home. Plus, the owners were terrific communicators and even more impressively accommodating if anything was needed. We hope the return again! Don’t hesitate to rent here…oh and the location is super central to everything with easy access to the rail trail.

A phenomenal stay in Chatham

We had a truly phenomenal visit to Chatham. Ashlee is a superb host with a lovely, and well maintained property that is extremely kid friendly. Our family was so impressed with the communication, cleanliness of the property, location, and all around experience. Plus, there were TONs of kid-friendly items at the house (high chair, pool equipment, beach equipment, pack and play) that made the trip seamless with a young family. We hope we can come back again. Thank you Ashlee for a wonderful trip!!

Pool was a real plus!

Overall we really enjoyed our week! How could you not being on the cape with family? Pool was very well maintained. Cleaners came while we were there.they were out in a jiffy. The house was basically good, with a few needs for cosmetic repairs. When we put the air to be comfortable on the ground floor the upstairs was hot. They had one fan. We bought another for upstairs. The basement was visible through the baseboards in the ground floor bathroom. We did have to contact the go to person on several issues but she was very pleasant and Johnny on the spot! The lawn maintainence came to cut the grass while we were there but the weeds were still too high to enjoy the fire pit. The beds were very comfortable too. Unfortunately we didn’t have a chance to use the hot tub but it looked clean and well maintained. Overall we have wonderful memories!

Great rental for family time

This home has a lot to offer. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub a lot. Close to a lot of beaches and towns. Games in the basement. Large living and dining room made it easy for everyone to be together.

Amazing week!

Really wonderful week at this property! The home had EVERYTHING we could possibly want, including tons of books, games and pool / beach toys for my toddler. Our family of 8 had plenty of space and loved spending time together in the backyard and on the front porch. Location is amazing — on a quiet side road, but easy to get to both Chatham and Harwich in less than 10 min. Great access to a big park and the Bike Trail right across the street. And the pool was such a wonderful perk — amazing for a family who wants to spend more time at the home. Cannot recommend this place enough!
