Great Family Getaway

Beautiful area to visit. The home is very clean and met all our needs. It was fun playing games, pool, ping pong and foosball together. The host is very responsive to all your needs.

Great Vacation Spot In Chatham

Staying at this home in Chatham was great. The house was a perfect fit for my wife and our dog along with family who joined us for a few days midweek. Bob was a great communicator and made sure that we had a great stay.

Family visit to cape cod

The property was wonderful. We enjoyed both the indoor and outdoor space. Plenty of room for all 8 people who used the property. Location was close to Chatham and to nice grocery stores.

Family Vacation

Beautiful property and great location. The weather wasn’t ideal for us, but the amenities were perfect to keep the kids busy while at the house. Bob was an excellent host and we are definitely hoping to return next summer!

Great location

We found Chatham to be centrally located to many places on the Cape. And Chatham also has a lot to keep you entertained as well. Also loved this property and we played pool most nights with my teen and young adult. Bob was great and checked in on us during our stay. If you staying on the Cape, would highly recommend this property.

Great Chatham Weekend

Nice, clean, spacious house in a quiet neighborhood that is close to downtown. Sun room and deck, along with game room and wet bar make for fun times. Attentive host and easy check in.

Chatham Relaxation

Property owner cares about your experience with the home and the Cape. Could not ask for more! The home is in excellent shape with all the amenities you need to make it a great week. Short distance to beaches, restaurants and shopping. Worth the look and then book it!

Wonderful stay!

We had a wonderful time at the house as a family of 4 adults and 2 kids aged 3 and 6. The house was exactly as described and Bob was extremely responsive and helpful! We would highly recommend-it was very clean and comfortable and located in close proximity to beaches, town and other sites.

C and C reunion

The house was perfect for our group. Game room downstairs was very fun. Couldn’t have been a better Chatham location. It is central to just about anywhere in Chatham and easy to get to Orleans, Brewster, Harwich and beyond. Loved all the Chatham Band pictures.

A lovely family reunion

We had a great stay at Bob's place! We were a family of 6 adults and 2 kids and found the house to have ample room for all of us to stay comfortably. The property is conveniently located, a short drive to beaches and Chatham's Main Street as well as some nearby shops. The house comes fully equipped with everything your need for a nice family get away. Communication with the host was quick and easy!

Nice stay close to town and beaches

Very nice property! Bob is very responsive and helpful. I forgot that linens were not included and Bob helped me find a place to buy some. Pool table and other games were very fun. Beds very comfortable and we loved the gas fireplace. Property is very close to beaches and town.

Ideal home for family reunion

This home was perfect for a 3 generation family get together! There was something for everyone. It was immaculate and we appreciated having multiple spaces for being together or for privacy. Loved the beautiful landscaping and the sunny deck. Bob was a perfect host.

Great for Family Gathering

Three generations enjoyed this wonderful home in Chatham. Plenty of space, and entertainment options, for everyone. The deck is just lovely, overlooking the gorgeous landscaping. We grilled every night! The stairs were a bit steep for my 89 year old mother-in-law, but she still made it down to watch the nightly billard playing! Can highly recommend!

Absolutely perfect!

This lovely house was so much more than we had expected. Not only was the location perfect for where we wanted to go, but the home itself was comfortable, clean, well equipped, and filled with amenities. We had more than enough space to gather: deck, screened porch, living and dining area, TWO rec rooms! Our host was delightful, and made us feel very welcome. Wish I could give it more than 5 stars!

Absolutely the best!

A lovely home, tastefully decorated, beautiful landscaping, and a tranquil location. We have rented in Chatham many times and this has absolutely been the best ever. We cannot say enough good things about this property and the property owner, Bob. He lives close by and was very gracious in answering questions and stopping by to check that everything was OK. Everything was picture perfect. We enjoyed everything the property had to offer. It was a very relaxing stay. You absolutely will not go wrong renting this delightful home.

Outstanding!

We’ve spent a lot of time on the Cape over the years and this was one of our most enjoyable stays. We were on the Cape for a family memorial and Bob’s place was a wonderful place to escape to! Near everything you would need is nearby as Chatham downtown is barely minutes away. The house is clean and well maintained (not even a cob web!) and the kitchen has everything you need if you’re looking to avoid restaurant prices. The game room(s) is a really nice addition that not all rentals have and we thoroughly enjoyed shooting pool and playing ping pong. Bob was awesome to rent from - friendly and he lives nearby (in case of any emergency) and we would highly recommend you checking this place out! Thank you for a wonderful stay!!

Wonderful family vacation rental

My daughter wanted to celebrate her 30th birthday in June with a family vacation. We saw this property online and thought it looked great -- we were more than pleased!! The house is wonderful. Spacious, clean, great amenities, great location. We grilled, relaxed, rode our bicycles to town and to the Cape Cod Rail Trail, took walks on the many nearby trails and overall had a perfect stay. When it rained, we played pool and ping pong downstairs. There was so much to do. Bob, the owner, made sure we were settled and didn't need anything. He was great to work with. We're booking again in the future!

A relaxing stay at a beautiful home

This Chatham house is delightful—well-furnished, comfortable and filled with light---and we felt at home from the moment we arrived. The main floor is compact but nonethless feels very spacious; we were traveling as a couple but could easily imagine sharing the house with a larger group, especially with all the extra space downstairs. The location feels private and the grounds are beautifully landscaped. The location couldn't be better: it's only takes ten minutes to get to Harding's Beach and downtown Chatham and the Chatham light are even closer. We like to visit the Mass Audubon Center in Wellfleet when we're on the Cape; it took less than half an hour to get there and the drive to the National Seashore was only a little longer. Bob is a wonderful host--he's extremely responsive, flexible and friendly, without being the slightest bit intrusive. We're looking forward to returning!

Welcome!
I moved to Chatham with my family from New York when I was 10 years old in 1967. Although that was 53 years ago, to a native Cape Codder that still means I'm a "Washashore"! But I like to think I know just about as much about Chatham as most natives and I'm always more than happy to share that information with our guests.
I live nearby and am always available and easy to reach should you need anything. However, not wanting to intrude on your vacation, unless I hear from you then you'll probably only see me at check in and usually check out.
I have a small landscape maintenance business in town with about 80 customers, all in Chatham!
My 2 big passions are music and travel. I play trombone with the Chatham Town Band at the Friday night band concerts at Kate Gould Park as well as two local jazz Big Bands. I'm lucky enough to have 3 months off from work in the winter for travel, staying mostly in Thailand and Indonesia.
I always enjoy meeting our guests ,many of whom come back year after year, and I try to do my best to provide a comfortable home for a memorable family vacation!

We bought this house from the original owners 7 years ago with the intention of turning it into a enjoyable 3 season vacation rental property. The house attracts couples and groups of friends but the majority of our bookings, especially during the summer, are multi-generational families. And the house is really perfect for that too with so much room to either enjoy family or find some privacy. Besides the pool table room with TV and bar, we have a separate ping pong room as well as a beautiful sun room, ( many people say this is their favorite room in the house). Our big new deck overlooking the back yard has received many compliments as well. Several beaches are nearby, downtown just about 2 miles away.......
