Magnificent gas center fireplace. Spacious enclosed porch and wraparound front deck. Spacious open 1st floor plan, kitchen, dining, living room and laundry room with half bathroom. Cozy balcony loft with 2 over sized bedrooms and full bathroom. private lake front access with 60 foot dock and swim out raft. Cristal clear spring fed lake surrounded by mountain landscape. walk out to swimming, hiking, biking, and snowmobiling from property. Gunstock ski and recreation mountain and Mount Major 20 minutes away. Powder Mill snowmobile club. Boat marina, Public boat ramp and beach minutes away.
Additional fees may apply for:
1. DOGS are only pets allowed, Additional fee of $250 per dog. Maximum of 2 pet allowed.
2. Motor boat docking use: Additional fee of $300.00 per stay.
3. Credit of $250 per stay may apply when guest prefere to bring there own Bed Linens.

We had a wonderful week in this beautiful, modern, sunny home. The water access/dock is a beautiful place to relax and we had fun taking out the kayaks. The house had everything we needed and the host was communicative, friendly and responsive. Can’t wait to go back!

Beautiful property

Beautiful location and property! We enjoyed the kayaks, paddle board, and dock. Close to Wolfeboro and Alton. An evening thunderstorm knocked out electricity in the area. Property manager checked in...and we were happy to report the generator kicked in and kept everything going and comfortable.
