Great stay in Dennis MA

We recently stayed at this property for a girls trip and it was such a well appointed, clean, and delightfully located property (less than a block from the beach). I would highly recommend this property for a friends, family, or group vacation.

The perfect layout for a big group

Communication was great. Having two kitchens was really great. We loved the pool and hot tub. The yard and location to the beach was unbeatable

Great location. House is in good condition. Beach location is excellent. For the price, some of the amenities could have been upgraded (beach chairs, lack of umbrellas, cooking utensils, etc). Including linens was a big plus.

Pretty Picky Properties was an incredible company to work with. I worked with Carla and she was always both very professional and responsive. She was absolutely fantastic. The home itself was stunning. The guesthouse was stunning. Both homes were beautifully decorated. The beds were so comfortable and the home was fully stocked with everything a guest might need. The beach towels were a lovely touch and an added bonus. The heated pool and the hot tub were so fun to hang out in both day and night. This home exceeded my expectations as did Pretty Picky Properties. Both get a 10/10! I would rent this home a million times over.
