Access the beach via your own private beach access or lounge by the oceanfront pool and hot tub. Don’t worry about walking- the pool is conveniently located in the 1st level oceanfront deck so access is as simple as ever!

This property's pool has heating capability! Guests should note that an additional pool heating fee is required for each day a guest requests pool heating. Guest must request the pool heating and pay the fee by calling the OIA office during normal business hours at least 24 hours prior to arrival. Pool heating is only available when temperatures are 55 degrees Fahrenheit and warmer.

Great Family Beach House!

Excellent location! Great for a large family! Elevator was a huge bonus to help with elderly family members and to load/unload luggage. The shuffleboard table was a huge hit at night. My family is already talking about coming back!

Perfect oasis

This was our 45th annual family reunion. The house was perfect!!! Well appointed kitchen!!! We enjoyed the beach-out the back walk, the pool, and the hot tub. We were very pleased that noise did not travel throughout the house!! Plenty of room for meals and room to relax - living area and decks.

There is a mold problem. Smell of mold on the right hand side of the house on all floors. There are roaches in the house along with fleas…Beach great! Pool great and clean! Hot tub had to be filled to use. Window on glass door at pool broke. Handle going out the sliding glass door on kitchen floor is broken. Blinds messed up and looks like someone fell into them. Our son fixed them. Elevator had to get reset because it stopped working. The problem I’ve for this stay was extremely high and I feel some refund should be in store!
