Only a 10 minute drive to Camp Pendleton or Carlsbad, and just a quick walk to the beach through neighborhoods. Plethora of activities in the area like riding, running, surfing, great dining, or just beach fun. Comfortable living area includes a TV, speaker system, bar seating, and sectional sofa that converts to queen bed for additional guests. Recently renovated kitchen is equipped to suit all your culinary needs. Split heat/air conditioner, ceiling fans, recessed LED lighting and high-speed WiFi included. Private outdoor patio area and grill in the backyard. Detached one-car garage is available for parking. Make sure to bring your beach things; everything else is ready for you!
