Beautiful condo close to Pier and marina easy walking distance to downtown and restaurants.. beautifully decorated spend most Summers in Oceanside since retiring 7 years ago.. best Condo have stayed in since .. very quiet complex

Nice condo and excellent communication with the owner/manager. He gave an unhurried introduction to the condo, garage and facilities.

I stayed here June and most of July. It is an ideal location for enjoying the beach and sunset. A very secure parking space with guest parking available was a plus! It's very close to all the activities ie: the pier, Sunset Market (Thursdays), the harbor, lots of restaurants, etc. The space is larger and brighter than it looks in the photos. This rental is well supplied for long stays with a fully stocked kitchen (pots, pans, utensils), laundry, and bathroom. The owners were very easy to contact and went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed. The neighbors were very nice.

Walkability & Great view

My sister & I spend July & August 2023 in this condo. The condo was exactly as it was represented by the pictures. It was well equipped. The decor was basic & simple. THE VIEW is spectacular we took the best sunset pictures. It was a few steps away from the beautiful beach, the Pier , the train ( to go to San Diego) & restaurants. We had under parking, elevator for the first floor & 2 extras passes for visitors. Nice neighborhood & friendly neighbors. From the request for availability till the day we left ANDREW was available to answer our questions & really helpful..

Well-Equipped Condo with Great Ocean Views

We had a very comfortable and relaxing stay on short notice at this condo. Everything was clean, well organized and well equipped. The check-in was easy and the owner was responsive and helpful throughout the stay. We would recommend the place to anyone.

My stay was awesome all the comforts of home The unit is very clean and organized Keep up well when you walk in you get the warm feeling of home and some kind of hotel stay Location is great few steps to the beach the views are Breathtaking and you have private parking Neighbors are friendly and helpful I would Definitely stay here again
