Relax by the ocean and let the sun kiss your newly tanned skin at this oceanfront, family-friendly condo! Guests will have access to a plethora of incredible shared amenities, including multiple pools, a hot tub, fitness center, beach access, decks, outdoor showers, and more!

Your well-equipped condo features a private balcony with jaw-dropping views of the ocean and the beach and it's equipped with a couple of chairs, creating the perfect setting for your morning coffee or an evening cocktail. The living room is the ideal place to unwind after a fun-filled day in the resort or the beach–kick back and snuggle up on the comfortable sofa and catch up with your favorite movies on the flatscreen TV with cable.

When mealtime comes, the kitchen will have your back. It's equipped with modern, stainless steel appliances, including a stove, microwave, dishwasher, full-size fridge, oven, and coffee maker. The dining table is right off the kitchen and seats four.

Both bedrooms have their own flatscreen TV with cable, but what makes the main room stand out is the en-suite bathroom and access to the balcony.

Free Attraction Ticket Program - All Oceana Resorts guests are provided with a package of tickets from local partners. The program provides one free ticket from up to 3 partners per reservation. Children’s Activities - This program is available at Carolinian Beach Resort, Patricia Grand, and Bay Watch each summer from mid-June through mid-August. Activities include shark tooth hunts, crafts, pool games, and more!

Snowbird Activities - This program is available at Carolinian Beach Resort, Patricia Grand, and Bay Watch each winter from early January through mid-March. These activities build on the snowbird community we have each winter. Activities include card games, crafts, bingo, field trips, Waffle Wednesday meet-n-greets, and more!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
