This is a vacation home filled with all of the amenities needed for a relaxing and stress-free time, and yes, there's actually a Paradise View of Lake Hartwell! This is a 4 bedroom home with a modern kitchen connected to the open living room. 3 bedrooms have a memory foam matress.Bedroom 1 has 1 king bed, bedroom 2 has 1 queen bed, bedroom 3 has queen, bdr 4 has a bunk bed with 2 full matresses. Fully equipped kitchen has large granite island with 3 chairs, dinning table with 5 chairs, SS appliances: electrical stove, microwave, oven, dishwasher and refrigerator. We have a private dock, has a few kayaks available for your use, pedal boat, water boards-all included in your rent, no additional charge. Relax at campfire,grill with dinning table on deck or picnic area. The Paradise View Getaway - Dacha is perfect for relaxing, fishing, family/friends fun at our private beach with steps leading directly into the water! Grab a kayak or your water toys and enjoy! This home is ideal for a quiet and relaxing getaway and fun on the lake!

We had followed the directions for arrival, but went to the first house with a gate down the dirt/gravel road, which was the wrong place, we kept going down the road to the next house and saw the right gate with the signs. Getting in was easy. We loved the waterfront property with access to all the watercraft. We brought our own boat, launched at the quiet ramp close by and docked it easily. The beds were comfortable, kitchen was stocked, and there was everything we needed for our stay, except we brought our own beach towels as indicated.We also liked the fact that it is a quiet part of the lake yet open. We really enjoyed our stay.

Great house on a beautiful lake!

We had a wonderful long weekend right by the lake. The place was clean and well set up for a large family to stay. We really enjoyed the boats and paddle boards as well as swimming in the lake

Beautiful Lake House

Our large family stayed for the week. We each had out own space as well as a good kitchen for meals. Most of our time was spent out on Lake Hartwell. The hosts were responsive and made the whole process seamless. I highly recommend this property!

Private getaway

The property was very clean. It had a well stocked kitchen and lots of sitting areas. The host was very quick to respond to any questions and concerns. We got a little bit confused finding the place at first, it is in a very rural area. We enjoyed the property, but wish we had been a little bit closer to stores and restaurants. If you are looking for quiet and secluded, this is the place for you!

Relaxing Lake Life

We enjoyed our stay at your lake house! It was a lovely property with great lake access. We enjoyed hanging out on the dock, fishing, swimming, and the use of your paddle boat…. We appreciated the quiet location. We had some people who had to work while at the lake house and the large deck was a great place for that. Our dog loved the yard and looking out through the glassed in railing. I’m sure we’ll return to Lake Hartwell again!

Thanksgiving

We stayed here which our family while in town for Thanksgiving. It’s small, but economical. The master bedroom mattress was more comfortable than a lot of “luxury” properties that I’ve stayed in. Communication was great! We got a little bit lost, the GPS got confused and we didn’t read the instructions….but the property manager answered our text right away and helped us out.

Fabulous… Loved it!!

The rental was a mobile home which is updated & large enough to accommodate 10 people. Additionally, the property was rented with life jackets for the adults, kayaks, paddle boat, & paddle boards. There’s a dock large & deep enough to tie off a pontoon boat & jet skis. Also, the owner was so great & responsive when we contacted her, we felt like a family friend!! SPECIFICS… Property: In the front of the rental, there’s a gated gravel driveway with enough parking for 3-4 vehicles. There are motion sensor security lights which were fantastic at night when walking our doggy. They have precut firewood for cool nights or a campfire. In the back of rental, there’s a wrap around wooden porch/walkway which runs the length of the home. There are several outside sitting areas: one on the side porch which has a table with chairs including rockers at the charcoal grilling area & in the backyard on the grass between the house / dock which has picnic tables, loungers, swings, chairs, and more. There’s a small incline with steps to the rental house but you do not need to be in the best of shape to make the walk; however, if you are disabled there are stairs. The shoreline and cove are perfect for kayaking, paddle boarding, swimming or just floating on an inflatable tube, even children since the cove doesn’t get much boat traffic. There are bugs so bring yard & body spray oh and beach towels as well. Rental: The kitchen has equipment but it is pretty fancy; we put A LOT of things away. Recommend bringing disposable plates and bakeware if you have clumsy people or children because rental kitchen stuff is breakable. The owner doesn’t recommend drinking the water so be sure to bring plenty of ice and of course water to drink and cook. Hot water ran out pretty quickly when our people tried to shower back to back so plan to stagger bathing. Washing machine & dryer worked perfectly during our week long stay. The microwave didn’t cook popcorn correctly but warmed food perfectly. We didn’t use the dishwasher, fireplace, campfire area, or outdoor heater but they were available. Additional info: We used C&E Marine who provided a tube & knee board as well with our boat rental.They were also great! The local Walmart & Ingles were about 20-25 minutes away for any supplies needed & were reasonably priced. We loved the area and host so much we are now looking at property there. If that doesn’t say something about this host & property… I don’t know what does!
