Mountaintop Villa with Wyndam Resort Amenities

This Villa is a corner unit that has been completely redesigned and rebuilt for today's lifestyle. This unit features tongue and groove, cathedral ceilings, with Brazilian Kempas hardwood flooring. The kitchen opens to the entertainment area and is nicely equipped with all wood cabinets and new appliances. The living area is beautifully furnsihed and includes a wood burning fireplace for those chilly evenings, and a large flat screen television, as well as wet bar.

The dining area is conveniently located adjacent to the kitchen and comfortably seats eight. A half bath has been added to the main floor for the convenience of guests.

The rear deck is covered and provides a very private setting for entertaining, and comes complete with a gas grill.

New central heat and air have been installed along with an automatic dehumidifier for your comfort.
