Cute condo right on the beach. It had everything we needed. The air conditioner worked great and was well needed after a long day at the beach and pool. Would stay again.

Our stay at this condo was great from start to finish. The host was very quick to respond and keep us informed. The condo is so cute and cozy. You can't see the beach from the room but it's so close, it's walking distance. The kitchen was stocked with anything you would need. And finally, it's walking distance from a couple of restaurants and an ice cream shop-a delicious ice cream shop I might add.I would definitely book this room again.

Our stay was quiet and very enjoyable. Easy access to the beach, away from the down town area but close enough to be at any of the attractions in 10 to 15 minutes. Our Host was great and we will be staying again!

Absolutely recommend this place. Location is perfect. Only a 15 minute drive to downtown St Augustine. It was perfect for the 2 of us. Plenty of great restaurants within minutes. Crescent Beach is the best in the area in my opinion. Will definately be back.

Great little beach room

Carl was amazing with communication. He was so helpful and an awesome host. Room was nice, bed was super comfy, plenty people of kitchen accessories for us to cook meals. It was a great stay.

Great spot to stay and visit St Augustine! The beach was not packed like it is closer to the city. The drive to downtown took about 20 minutes but was well worth the price vs staying closer. I'd recommend this property to couples on a getaway who want some piece and quiet while still being close to the party of downtown. The room had everything we needed from kitchenware to beach chairs. Thanks for a great stay for our 10 year anniversary!

Beach Front Getaway

The property was exactly as pictured in the listing. The walk to the pool and beach was very easy! Kevin and Pam were gracious, and always available during our stay! This was a great deal for the cutest beach front property.
