This was a cute little place to stay that set itself apart from so many other VRBO’s by not buying the cheapest of everything to appoint the house. It feels like the owners have spent time here to make sure it has everything it needs. I appreciated the speed queen washer and dryer, the Kohler faucets and labeled lights. We would absolutely stay with this host again.

This is a great place in a great location. The neighborhood is quiet. Easy walk to the beach plus several restaurants and shops within a few short blocks. Had everything we needed. Bed was comfortable. Only other thing I wish it had would be a black-out curtain in the bedroom due to a bright light outside. Would stay here again!

Len runs his general contracting business & maintains 20 long term residential and commercial rental properties. Kristy owns Panache: an Aveda store, salon & spa right down the road if you are in need. This is our 6th vacation rental. We hope you enjoy it and return many times!

Very well cared for property with a cozy, comfy, relaxing feel. In the morning have coffee, from the provided coffee bar, sit on the front porch and listen to the birds chirp and the waves crash. Walk two and a half blocks to beautiful St Augustine beach but don't forget the boogie boards, chairs, umbrella, cooler and toys provided in the outside closet. Peaceful, serene and relaxing environment in well cared for clean home you will sure to be comfy and cozy in.

Be 2 blocks from .St. Augustine Beach. Have everything you need for the ideal beach vacation – a sunny accommodation, tropical seaside restaurants and bars, a beachfront park with a fishing pier, a large beach side pavilion, a splash park and sand volleyball court. Time spent in St. Augustine Beach can be as active or as laid-back as you like.

Relax on the beach in the sunshine, waves caressing the shore ... what better place to relax than on the beach? Take a walk along the shore or enjoy the view from your beach chair (provided in your outside closet) beneath an umbrella (also provided, along with a beverage cooler and beach toys).
