New construction family home at the base of Ragged Mountain.
Welcome to âThe Deckâ. Our house was built in 2020 and features an open floor plan with vaulted ceilings and tons of natural light. The large kitchen with a walk-in pantry opens up to the living room with its 18 ft ceilings! From there you can walk out through the double sliders to the front deck. The front deck overlooks the stream that runs through the property and provides seasonal views to the trails on Ragged Mountain.
When it is time to settle down for the night, there are 3 bedrooms with queen sized beds and a fourth bunk room. In addition, the three full baths make this house perfect for two or three families to share.
The lowest level features two seating areas one with a TV, along with an air hockey and foosball table. The second floor includes a cozy loft area that features a TV with plenty of pillows for lounging after a long day of adventure.
