Fully furnished one of a kind luxury beachfront Penthouse condo! Imagine waking up to the sunrise and ending the evening with the sunset at the world renowned St. Pete Beach. This condo is on the 10th floor with the only balcony at the entire condominium.
The penthouse comes fully furnished with wifi and cable. The condo features 4 bedrooms, 4 full bathrooms, and 1 powder room. There are 3 king size beds and 4 twin bunk beds making it great for a large family. The open floor plan is perfect for entertaining, with a large kitchen island/bar, dining room, and living room with large windows facing the ocean. The gourmet kitchen includes Sub Zero appliances and Wolf Induction cooktop. Off the kitchen there is a large butlers pantry perfect for storing all the snacks. Off the living room is a large rec room with glass cabinets, ping pong table, ice maker, and media room. The master bedroom is unlike anything you have ever seen - it is so expansive and offers beautiful windows and views. The master bathroom has a large walk in shower with 3 shower heads and a very spacious walk-in closet. The second bedroom includes a large king bed, crib, and en-suite bathroom. The third bedroom includes 4 twin bund beds and en-suite bathroom. The fourth bedroom includes a king bed and en-suite bathroom.
The condominium amenities include a large pool, grills, sauna, exercise room, tennis courts, and a community room. You get 3 dedicated parking spots by renting this condo.
