Beautiful spacious home centrally located!
Nestled between the mountains and the ocean. Our home is a beautiful 2 story in sunny Santa Barbara, often called the California Riviera. It is 3,000 square feet, and has a spacious floor plan including 4 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms plus a 1 bedroom/1 bathroom attached unit with office and kitchen. It is walking distance to many shops, restaurants and grocery stores. As well as 5 minutes from local beaches with surf breaks and downtown theaters. We are in a safe family neighborhood, 3 blocks from a large park and hiking trails. If you enjoy the outdoors, this is an amazing place to visit! 30 day minimum stay required.
