This peaceful retreat with ocean and mountain views is a perfect Santa Barbara getaway. Whether you are in the mood for a hike to Inspiration Point or a walk on the beach, a picnic on the historic Mission lawn or the various delights of downtown, it is all just a few minutes away from this cozy hillside fully equipped villa. Tastefully furnished, with Italian inspired, old-world themes, complete with a full kitchen, shower bathroom, pull out sofa bed, separate entrance, designated parking, and laundry facility, you will have everything that you need to call Santa Barbara home for a time. The sunsets are stunning, and with your private deck, you can enjoy both ocean and mountain views, along with city lights that decorate the horizon.

This place was so wonderful with a fantastic view from the balcony and excellent communication with the host, not to mention just about everything was within a 15 minute drive which was so convenient. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!!

The perfect stay! The beautiful villa is in the perfect location with the most stunning views! The sunset and starry nights were incredible. The hosts are a true delight and Mindy has a beautiful eye for design. The furnishings are lovely. The bottle of local wine and fresh lemon from the garden were a sweet surprise. Such a special place to stay that we ended up setting aside our original plans just to spend more time enjoying the spectacular views and surrounding nature. If you’re a hiker, there are plenty of beautiful local trails within walking distance of the rental.

The space was wonderful! Mindy showed us around when we arrived and left us a bottle of wine and a lemon from her garden! It was so nice to spend time in a more residential part of SB. The mountain views were beautiful and it was sooo nice to return to such a quiet space after a busy day exploring downtown. We’ll be back!

My wife and I had a lovely stay. The host met us when we arrived, was extremely helpful and had a lot of great recommendations for us. We loved the apartment, and the views from the balcony of the ocean and mountains. We hope to stay there again someday soon!

We had a wonderful stay at this property! The house was spotless and very well maintained. The bed was extremely comfortable, which made for a great night’s sleep. The view was beautiful, and the neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. The location was very convenient for everything we wanted to do. Communication with the host was excellent—quick responses and very helpful throughout our stay. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway.

SB Wedding weekend

This was a fantastic place for my husband and I to stay while attending a family wedding. The check in instructions were spot on. The studio is beautiful, very warm and inviting. The view from the balcony is amazing. We highly recommend as a great place to getaway.

We absolutely loved our time at the villa! The check in was smooth and easy as Mindy greeted us upon arrival and walked us through what we needed to know. She was very easy to communicate with and immediately responsive. The location is secluded and private. Bed was comfy, shower hot, kitchen had everything we needed. We absolutely loved our stay at Villa Floresco! Mindy and Ian were so friendly and welcoming; Mindy even left us a personal note with a bottle of local wine and lemons from their tree. The villa is gorgeous. It is beautifully appointed, stocked with everything you need, and very comfortable. The view of the canyon out to the ocean is stunning, especially at sunset. We were sad that we had only booked one night and had to continue on our trip. Next time we will stay longer! Definitely recommend.

It brings great joy and peace to have spent such a wonderful night at this amazing place! We are behind blessed and grateful for the hospitality shown here. Perfect Santa Barbara stay

Villa Floresco is a fantastic spot to base out of when exploring the Santa Barbara area. The unit is spotless, well provisioned, impeccably decorated and has unbelievable sunset views, and we were even tipped off by Mindy about an early morning rocket launch that was easily visible from the deck.

Ian is from Missouri, and Mindy is from Virginia. We met on the Arkansas River where Mindy was a river guide, and Ian was a mountaineering guide, taking his campers down the river where Mindy was guiding. Since then, we have loved being in the outdoors, and nature, and we love hosting friends and family far and wide from all over, and look forward to having you come stay with us! We have three grown children, whom you may see frequent Floresco Farms on occasion. Together Ian and Mindy run Floresco Farms while carrying on full-time fruitful jobs in Santa Barbara. Ian works in Philanthropy, MIndy is a Doula and ceramicist, and Sena works in healthcare at a local non-profit in Santa Barbara. We are delighted to have you! Floresco is Latin for flourishing. And it is our hope that anyone who comes to stay here is refreshed and rested in their time here.

Floresco Farms is a special spot because it is quiet and peaceful yet close to everything. It is wonderful too, as you have views of the Santa Ynez Mountains, and the sunsets, over the ocean as well. We have avocado trees, lemon, kumquat, olive trees, and peach trees on the Floresco Farms property. And you may hear the friendly barks of Jackson and Oliver, our loving Vizslas. We love calling it home here, and while you stay, we hope it feels like home to you as well.
