Two bedroom, two full baths and a loft with a queen size bed. A tri-level home with newly remodeled bathrooms and a beautiful deck to enjoy dinner, the ocean view, and soak in the hot tub.
Enjoy the fully stocked kitchen, board games for adults and kids. Do a puzzle, read a book, or watch a movie. With so many walking trails, beaches, and places to explore you'll never get bored!
We love traveling with our dog, so we want you to be able to do the same! Please select traveling with pets when booking. We charge a $150.00 pet fee and do not allow more than 2 dogs.

We have 2 cameras located outside. On is behind the bbq area for capturing wildlife. The other is right outside the front door.

Charlie’s place is a perfect location for a peaceful retreat! My wife and I stayed here for a brief getaway after our wedding this place couldn’t be more perfect. The house is very thoughtfully designed and the location is fantastic with quick access to the ocean and forest. We will definitely be back soon!

We rented Marissa's home for our first time visit to Sea Ranch. The home is impeccably clean and comfortable. The three bedrooms (with comfortable beds!) offer quiet if there are different family members or friends traveling together. The kitchen is very well outfitted for your cooking. View of the ocean is grand. The home is very well located for traveling to various access points to the beach. Individuals with mobility issues can stay at this location as long as they are aware that there are several steps up to the front door, 5 steps down to the lower to bedrooms and 10 steps up to the beautiful large loft. All areas are outfitted with handrails.We would not hesitate to reserve this beautiful home again!Carol

Charlie’s Place was just as described. I was so happy with the view from the deck and the many deer, fox, turkey visitors. Master bed was very comfortable. Stewarts Point was a great place to get excellent baked goods and coffee about 10-15 min drive. Frequented a few coves for shorter walks with my aging dog. Had a great stay.

Great private house with beautiful ocean views! The deck got so much sun throughout the whole day which made the cooler days nice. Hot tub worked great. Close to gualala restaurants. Beds were comfortable.

Because there was a community-wide internet outage when we arrived in Sea Ranch and I couldn’t get into my emails, we had difficulty getting into the house. Luckily, a neighbor had the owner’s phone number and we were able to get the entry code. Other than that, our stay was perfect. The house was spotless, we loved the hot tub, and the kitchen was so well stocked with everything we needed. Five Stars.

Lovely Home

Clean and comfortable with everything we needed... the perfect stay for the four of us. We also enjoyed seeing the deers, rabbits, and turkeys around the house. We had a great time and would definitely stay again!

We are a family of four. My husband, Charlie, myself and our two children. We have fallen in love with the Sea Ranch and all of its beauty. Our love to travel and explore new places brought us here. At the Sea Ranch we have found that there are so many places to see, it's like a new experience every time we come! It was a dream of ours to be able to have a second home, we feel so lucky to have found such a beautiful place and are excited to share it with others!

Why they chose this property

We were really hoping to find a place with a beautiful view and we did! Our favorite things about this house are that it gets so much light on the sunny hill, yet behind us there are plenty of trees full of wildlife. Sitting on the deck and enjoying the blue waves is amazing.

What makes this property unique

We were pleasantly surprised by all the wildlife we see daily. There are many turkeys, hares, deer, quail, and so many birds. We have also been lucky enough to spot foxes and a bobcat. It’s lovely
to have a spot with a forest in the back yard and a beautiful open meadow ocean view in the front.
