Casa Tequila is our 2 bedroom, two bath condominium located in Condominiums El Anclote, Punta Mita, Nayarit, MX. Our ground floor unit has a large patio, overlooks the ocean, and has easy access to the pool, the ocean, the town, and the local surf breaks (Anclote, La Lancha, and El Faro). The complex is gated with 24 hour security and includes parking. Please be a non-smoker and understand that pets are strictly not allowed for renters per HOA rules.

Nice property which is very well located for a stay in Punta Mita. Close to restaurants, ocean, shops and the bus stop. Pool area and condo patio are both comfortable and good places to relax.

Great location and property

Perfect location for surf and restaurants. The property has a great pool and hot tub. The condo was clean and had everything we need including air conditioning. Communication with the host and check in was simple and easy. if you’re looking for a great experience in the heart of Punta de mita I certainly recommend this staying here.

Relaxation in Punta Mita

Mark's condominium made our two weeks very enjoyable! Good location, comfort, security, well equipped, great neighbours (met a few during Happy Hour at the pool!) and communication with owner and property host all made our holiday memorable!!! Highly recommended!

surf/fish/chill

I set out to do just that, and it was Awesome because it is exactly what happened, the surf was flat when I got there, but picked up for a couple days so I got my surf in, went fishing with a local Sport fishing crew and caught my dream fish, a Dorado/mahi-mahi and numerous Spanish mackerel,skip jack, the locals at the Cabana made me the best mahi mahi fish tacos I've ever had,the Chill part was working on my tan and swimming in the pool because every day was a perfect 80 degree plus day, Excellent stay, and very cool Art in the condo.

Convenient and Comfortable in Punta Mita

This condo perfectly suited our family as a home base for activities in and around Punta Mita. We love to cook our own meals - the kitchen and BBQ were well-stocked and ready to go. We love to have our own space - all the beds and bathrooms were comfortable and offered plenty of room. We love to surf - perfect longboard break and surf rentals directly in front; convenient surfboard storage on the patio. We love to swim - clean and warm pool. We love to go out for coffee, ice-cream and the occasional restaurant - everything was located nearby and easily accessed by the bridge. We rented a truck and explored the area, as far north as San Pancho and as far south as Boca de Tomatlan. Nearby beaches of La Lancha and Playa de los Muertos were two faves. We always enjoyed coming back "home" to our condo. Thanks for a great stay!

Beautiful spot

This property is just as advertised. A great spot. The beach to swim at is a short 5min walk away and lots of restaurants just in front of the unit. The location feels very safe and the security guards are great. The only thing to note is there is a rooster that crows every morning and will wake up the people in the 2nd bedroom unless they are very deep sleepers.

Peaceful quiet.

All very well. Just must of missed the part about only one vehicle allowed in the facilities. Was a hazzle unloading our Tools and re loading every day. We did notice that there was plenty of parking spaces but we had to park outside. Parking spaces are assigned to any unit and there is an area where i notice maintenance employees parked during the day, but was empty during the evening. Other than that all was fine.

Location, Location, Location!

We had a fabulous stay at Casa Tequila. It’s a very clean, friendly and comfortable community. Walking distance to the beach, restaurants, shops etc. with access to a very nice pool area. We will definitely return to this incredible location. ☀️🏖🦞

Great place!

Our family spent a week here and didn't want to leave. It's a great spot with easy access to the beach and the main drag in Punta de Mita. Our kids loved playing in the pool. Mark the owner was quick to reply to a few questions I had beforehand and gave us some good local tips. We'd definitely stay there again.

Wonderful place

We had a wonderful time at this well-equipped condo. Location can’t be beat, staff was very helpful, and that pool is lovely. Mark’s condo is very comfortable and we can’t wait to return.

Great stay!

Had a great stay. Helpful host with great communication. We had to change the contact person on our side last minute and the host helped us arrange that easily and shifted his communications to that person. Only negative was some dripping water in one shower that pooled on the floor.
