View of the ocean at Faro de Mita

Lovely location with awesome view from the large deck - perfect for family hang out time. Lovely hotel-sized pool and grassy common areas with poolside deck chairs. The unit itself could use a bit of TLC, but Abraham was very responsive to any issues we had.

The host services were great. They provided a cook for lunch, a private chef for a party and were very attentive.Bed bugs were the reason for the low review. We had a substantial issue with bed bugs. The host service tried to resolve it, but they were not able to. We struggled to sleep each night because of this.

The location was perfect. The unit was clean and accurately described. Beautiful view. Abraham checked us in and checked on us every day to make sure we had everything we needed. Definitely would rent again. Overall great condo and a great experience.

Great location!

We loved the unit and had a fabulous week. The deck made the place with awesome views and great for bbq. The on site contact was very good.. we had a few questions, how to ignite stove, air was not working on back bedroom but they fixed quickly. The only negative was all the construction above us at 9am every morning- it made it impossible to sleep in. There was several units by pool under construction which also made it a less relaxing. Other than construction, the place is perfect.

Nice spot, too many formalities

The place itself is great, the view is as good in person as in the photos. 2 of the 3 bedrooms have windows to the walkways of the complex unfortunately, the master has views of the ocean. I just wanted a place to stay, this organization may be better suited for fully planned vacations. Before arrival I received maybe 8 phone calls, 5 emails, a handful of texts and whatsapps to coordinate my trip, whereas I just wanted a hassle-free place to crash. Check-in required someone to meet us on-site, whereas I just wanted a lockbox code. The on-site manager Abraham is really great, though!

Great balcony. No beach chairs

I thought the property and location were excellent. I would of appreciated some lounging chairs on the balcony and beach chairs and umbrellas for the beach. Also recommend adding a TV in the master bedroom. If this property were to upgrade with the following requests, we would gladly rent again. Unfortunately we stayed in unit 207 here and they had all of the above which spoiled us I guess. But if we're going to fly to Mexico, we will look for the details in a place. I will say I think the bones of this unit were better than 207 for privacy and balcony size. I loved the balcony 😍!
