Amazing place!!

We stayed for 10 days and it was perfect. The unit is very clean, well designed and well equipped. It has everything you need for a relaxing vacation. The pool is wonderful. And the beach and town are so close. We would highly recommend!

Quiet and Convenient Sanctuary

Our stay at this property was perfect! We have a 2 year old and our unit was on the ground level just steps from the pool and gorgeous view. The pool was very child friendly and gorgeous views. The grounds were clean and quiet. The condo had everything we needed and the beds were very comfortable. We loved the indoor/outdoor living space!

Location is perfect, the pool cold, but beautiful and the grounds the same. The condo is almost perfect, just be ready for very firm beds. Always little trouble with hot water or lack of it ,here in Mexico, never not had that trouble! It’s great condo and will come back.!!!!!!

We loved being on the ground floor . The outdoor space was very relaxing.

The unit is decorated in a very welcoming way. There were four adults staying in the unit and we didnt feel like we were crowding each other at all. Very restful stay

Great stay in Punta Mita!

We rented this condo during our stay at the beginning of June. Julio was a wonderful host and was very responsive. It was clean and the location was perfect. My son especially loved how close it was to the beach and the Oxxo for snacks and drinks. The pool was perfect as well!

Very beautiful and well maintained

Had a wonderful vacation with family. The condo was great very clean and nicely decorated. Loved the pool, great for families with small children, liked having a ground floor condo, restaurants near by and a lovely small shopping center near the condo, all in walking distance. The 3rd bedroom is a bed/laundry room as stated in the overview. It didn’t have air conditioning but it was large enough for a twin bed., There was a problem with the hot water for showers, however I didn’t call to have it taken care of. Overall it was a lovely condo very quite and peaceful. Thank you to the owners and concierge service, had a great trip.

Great pool and beautiful, conveniently-located property

This property is lovely, close to everything, secure, and well-maintained. We had a great stay. My 4-year-old son especially loved the pool which is perfect for little ones. The concierge service was excellent. The only reason I am leaving 4 stars instead of 5 is that all the beds are incredibly hard (some people love this, though) and there was a lot of construction noise in surrounding condo units during our stay—that's no fault of the condo owner/manager, however. Overall we had an excellent stay and I would definitely rent this condo again. Thanks very much!

The condo unit was very nice, with beautiful outdoor patio and nice pool area. Nice people in complex. Air conditioning worked great. Security personnel were awesome. Loved the unit was cleaned daily. Punta de Mita is a nice town and close proximity to busier sayulita, with great access to surfing. Excellent medical services in new walk-in hospital at edge of town, which was unfortunately needed. Really enjoyed our stay. Only drawback was the third bedroom is small and doubles as the laundry room.

Very clean and in the best location in town. High security and right in front of the surf break. Friendly ex-pat community living here and living the dream. Concierge service for check in and arranging whatevers was one of the best ever experienced while renting VRBOs. This condo makes me want to own a unit at Faro.

Beautiful grounds, very private and quite. Perfect location close to restaurants and beach. The only issue was shower water was not very warm a little to cold for my liking and beds a bit to firm. Didn't really care about apple TV would have been nice to have regular cable TV. Overall it was a great Vacation.

We enjoyed our stay, it was a beautiful setting every day, close to the busyness of Punta de Mita. Food at the restaurants nearby were outstanding, fairly easy walking, good security and I appreciated the promptness of the replies for booking the room. The only change I would ask for would be for the sheets on the master bed. Thanks so much to the staff who cleaned and who managed the security of the condo.
