Please Note:

• Pool heating is available upon request for an additional $100 per day. (There is no fee to heat the hot tub).

• We have routine pool / spa maintenance scheduled midweek. Typically, maintenance will take roughly 15 minutes, and the pool / spa will be available for use after the service is completed.

• If you're considering bringing a furry friend along, kindly be aware we do have a $50 pet fee per pet. Please remember to inform us in advance if you plan to bring a pet.

• The fireplace inside this property is for decorative and ambiance purposes only. For your safety, please refrain from lighting any fires. Though, we do have a fire pit outside that you are more than welcome to use.

Excellent Visit!

The property was exactly as expected and was very warm and cozy during a brief winter storm in the Texas Hill Country. The fireplace and hot tub were awesome and everything was very well maintained. We will definitely be re-booking here again!!

This house was great for our girl scout end of the year trip! The backyard is amazing and there was plenty of room for all 8 (5 teenagers and 3 adults) of us! The girls loved the game room and we loved the hot tub! Thanks for the great stay! I would book this house again! It was clean, had plenty of towels and the kitchen was nicely stocked!

Enjoyed our stay in Fredericksburg

Glad we could stay in a nice place in Fredericksburg. Convenient to everything and the neighborhood nice and quiet. We didn't have a chance to take advantage of the game room but it looked fun! Beds comfy!

Amazing stay for a bachelorette party

Great space for people to spread out! Perfect amenities for a bachelorette trip. We loved the hot tub and cowboy pool. The large kitchen was perfect for hanging out while cooking. Comfortable beds and clean rooms. Highly recommend!

Great amenities

We stayed at this house with our two year old. It was perfect for us. The host was very responsive with answers to any questions I had. The sleeping arrangements are great for a large or small group. The game room is a wonderful bonus as well as the cowboy pool and hot tub.

Felt like home

Loved the house! Storm rolled in and we spent the evening watching movies on the couch and playing in the game room!! We even had a quick ping pong tournament before we left the next morning. Definitely felt like home. We will be back!!!

Everything was wonderful!

Everything was just as we expected! The game room and hot tub was a hit with the kids (and adults!) It was the perfect location and in a quite neighborhood!
