Built in 2006, this well-appointed home features quality furnishings and finishes throughout.

The main level includes an open-concept kitchen, dining, and living area, perfect for relaxing after a day of outdoor adventure. The living room features a gas fireplace, large flat-screen TV, and complimentary WiFi.

The property includes two primary suites, each with a King bed, flat-screen TV, office desk, and 27" monitor, with one suite also offering a laser printer. The third bedroom features a Queen bed with a Twin trundle. Additional sleeping options include a Queen sofa sleeper in the family room and a Twin sofa sleeper in the loft.

Spanning three levels, the kitchen, dining, and living areas are located on the middle floor for easy gathering. Additional amenities include private laundry facilities, a private hot tub, and a two-car garage with four total covered parking spaces.

Great Rental for a Ski Weekend Getaway

Great place to rent for a weekend of skiing at a nearby ski resort (Breck, Copper or Vail) and only a short walk to Main Street for food/drinks. The property is very nice and well maintained for small to large groups and has a hot tub that is a great amenity after a long day of skiing. We would definitely stay here again!
