Good morning John. Thank you for the review, we are so happy you found out location perfect and enjoyed the balcony. It is handy to have the fireplaces in each unit for guest use. Yes Staff is only in the building until 6pm during the week and 9pm on the weekends to assist new arrivals and make sure the facility is ready for use.
