Cleanliness is one of our top priorities, and we regret that this was not reflected during your visit. We also understand your frustration about not being aware that the condo you booked was an ADA-accessible unit. While these units are designed to accommodate guests with mobility needs, they can feel different in layout or lighting compared to other suites. We’ll review our property descriptions and booking details to ensure this is communicated more clearly, so future guests are fully informed prior to arrival. Noise from the nearby road is another concern we take seriously. While the property’s downtown Charlevoix location means guests are steps away from the drawbridge, Round Lake, Lake Michigan beaches, shops, restaurants, and coffee houses, it can sometimes come with increased activity and traffic sounds. Your feedback highlights the importance of making sure guests are aware of this balance between location convenience and occasional noise. We also regret that the temperature in the bedroom was uncomfortable for you. Our team will review the HVAC functionality to ensure everything is operating properly so future guests can rest easily. Additionally, we understand that not having a cooktop in this particular suite impacted your plans. While some of our condos are equipped with full kitchens, others offer kitchenettes, and we will continue to refine how we present these details so that expectations are clear before booking.
