Your comments regarding stained towels, pillow condition, and overall tidiness have been shared with our housekeeping manager for immediate review. Fresh linens and thorough inspections are being reinforced to ensure future guests find everything spotless and comfortable upon arrival. We also appreciate your note regarding the toilet seat and television setup. Our maintenance team has already been notified to repair the toilet seat and replace the batteries in the remote controls. Additionally, we’re reviewing this unit’s amenities and entertainment options to ensure all TVs and remotes are fully functional and modernized. The discrepancy in the “newly renovated” description is concerning, and we’re addressing this directly with the property owner to ensure all listings on our website and booking platforms accurately reflect the current condition and amenities of each suite. HI Ruth, Thank you for your feedback. We apologize that the unit was not up to par. I will let the owner of that unit know your feelings about the couch and tv. Each unit gets inspected and then inspected again in order to meet our extreme standards. I am thinking what you saw was discoloration from the water. We definitely will make sure to work on that stain better. We would love for you to give us another chance. Charlynn
