I recently stayed at a place with about six beds, and it was a great experience. The host kept everything super clean and tidy, which made the stay really comfortable. Each bed was cozy, and there was plenty of space for everyone. Overall, I’d definitely recommend it for a group stay!

The house was able to fit 7 grown adults easily and could definitely fit 8 people. The kitchen was easy to work with, not as much cookware but there is enough to work with. Access was easy/quick and being able to simplify door access was great. There was enough towels for everyone and we had no complaints during our stay. If you snowboard or ski this is a great place to stay. There is a bus stop across the street and take you all the way to Eagle to begin your day. I will definitely be in the lookout for another stay during next snowboard season.

We have three kids, and had an in law family with two kids who had a bad experience with there rental who came to stay with us for a night. It was comfortable and fun for all of us to bet together in this cozy cabin. it was clean, and we had everything we needed. Great stay!

In general the property is confortable a couple of minor issues but nothing to be consider a deal breaker. Clean place with enough stuff to pass a good weekend. No inernet and no TV but if you are on vacation no need of them.

The kitchen could use some updating—many of the utensils and cookware were worn, and there was no bakeware provided, which made cooking more difficult than expected.A few issues came up during our stay. My kids found an eyebrow razorblade inside a puzzle box, which was concerning and felt unsafe. Also, while the listing mentioned the property is smoke-free, we found cigars and a steel bucket on the balcony.The provided dispensers for shampoo, conditioner, and body wash were convenient, and a nice touch.The biggest downside to our stay—though not the host’s fault—was the neighbor who lives below the unit. He was very intrusive, asking personal questions and watching us every time we came and went. It made everyone in our group uncomfortable, especially when he stared at us through the balcony windows.

Low Price, Low Expectations

The room was clean and the hosts had great communication however the unit itself was very ill equipped in the kitchen. The listing states cookware, however there were no baking pans, proper chef's knives (they were missing handles), not enough glasses for the amount of people that can sleep in the house, only one burner worked and only ran 1 temperature - insanely hot, and the living room TV was completely unplugged with an insane amount of wires so we had to figure out how to get cable to even work. Great price but must have the lowest of expectations. The spa and rec room were nice.

Great spot, you get what you paid for

This is definitely one of the bigger spots that I have stayed at in Mammoth. It was a typical Mammoth condo (older appliances and design). The reason I am giving it 3 stars is because the place was not cleaned very well before we arrived. The shower had used soap in still, there was a dirty Starbucks cup that was left on a shelf right when you walked it, and there was a tortilla that was left in the warming tray underneath the oven. The soap and tortilla are understandable but the dirty Starbucks cup is what pushed everything over the edge. It did not ruin my day because it is not hard to throw away, but when you are spending so much money to stay somewhere, it would be nice to see the same level of effort for cleanliness given back

So many issues with this property! The master bedroom window is broken and the room was freezing. The wifi does not work/ no one knows the network/password. The dishwasher floods the condo when it is run. The stove burners do not work. When you run the oven it short circuits the entire condo. The kitchen is lacking cookware and dishes/cups/mugs. The coffee maker is broken. I called customer service repeatedly and was told someone was coming to fix all the things, but no one came. Truly disappointing.

Very nice property for a reasonable price

We were a bit worried because some of the reviews were pretty bad. But it looks like the owner and property manager addressed all concerns and complaints expressed by the reviewers. We had a very good time. There are two things we would like to see improve if possible. The first one is the replacement of mattresses of twin beds in the loft. There are too soft and bad for our backs. The second one is a small water boiler. We could not use the two bathrooms at the same time. I think the small boiler is ok. But the mattresses should be definitely replaced. This was our second time to use this property. We are thinking about booking this property again next December.

BAD! AVOID! Don`t trust amenities they listed!

Two important keys for me to choose a place to book are: CLEANLINESS and INTERNET.They have neither. The owner event cancel the internet almost a year before I stayed and yet they still listed as they have internet access. As for cleancliness, I found medicines on the floor where the nightstand is and dark mold inside the bathroom where the sealer is. Traveling with 2 kids (4 and 5) to stay here is a nightmare. I keep afraid they might pick up some medicine or trash lurking somewhere inside the house.

Two issues couldn`t get solved on...

Two issues couldn`t get solved on the same day, had to wait til.the next morning to get fixed. The other issue the turnkey manager helped me solve the problem, which shouldn`t have been an issue if the keys for the condo would have been put back in the right spot. They where always quick at responding back which is a plus. Also the condo was pretty clean, except the two rotten pumpkins under one of the beds in the loft. Couldn`t figure out where the smell was from, so I started moving the beds and found them. Not sure if I will rent this condo again, just based on having to deal with issues every day.

It had basic amenities, it needs an update and a review of kitchen utensils.Confusing rental we thought we were renting through VRBO but apparently we were renting through TurnKey so it felt like we were paying dbl the fees. Signs in the condo were conflicting and so we had to call Turnkey several times to find out about parking permits and key to laundry and hot tub

Great location and Great size

Pros: Great 5 star location that was close to everything we needed! Condo was spacious, clean, had ample sleeping areas and eating areas. Cons: There were only 3 spoons, 3!The Wifi internet did not work at all. Called for help and when help arrived the next day we were told `It`s a public wifi` and it could not be resolved which was unexpected and impacted our after skiing in home entertainment (especially for the teenagers). The overhead heat fan in the bathrooms did not work which was disappointing.The couches were comfortable but could have used one more seat for a group of 5.Overall, our stay was very good but we had minor amenity issues that are easily resolvable. 3 1/2 stars.Next time will bring a hotspot and spoons!
