North Coast Condo C309 Deluxe Oceanview Penthouse

Enjoy sensational Ocean and garden views and resort style living in our spacious Penthouse condo. This is a two-story condo with an upstairs master bedroom with king bed (new in 2022). The roof-top balcony features a gorgeous ocean view. This balcony has seating for eight and two lounge chairs. The lower level includes a second bedroom with two double beds (new in 2022) and is complete with TV and Wi-Fi. The downstairs living room features a private balcony with fabulous views of the ocean, tropical landscaping, koi pond and pools and a living room complete with cozy fireplace, Smart TV and Queen size sleeper sofa. The unit comes complete with all necessities for your beach enjoyment, including beach towels, boogie boards, beach umbrellas, beach toys and ice chest. The kitchen is stocked with all utensils to accommodate a light snack or a multi course meal. You will be welcomed with a basket of snacks to enjoy.
To enjoy the complex amenities, you can take a stroll through the lush tropical courtyard landscaping and discover the Koi Pond, the putting green, the immaculate barbeque area, the gorgeous free-form heated pool and Jacuzzi. Locate the recreation room and inspect the quality of the health club equipment, the sauna room, the billiard and foosball tables, explore the library and the ping pong rooms. There are well equipped laundry facilities in each building. Feel comfortable that the gated complex is protected with 24-hour security.
Take a jog or leisurely walk along the beach and head down to the harbor which includes activities such as: fine dining, jet ski and or kayak rental, sailboat excursions, and even deep-sea fishing trips. Walk south along the ocean towards the pier and enjoy activities such as: fishing, surfing, fire rings fine dining/breweries, and even a 16-screen movie theater.

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Rinse off sand and return all beach equipment to garage cabinet or bedroom closet where it was stored. If sun umbrella for balcony table is used, please return to bedroom closet
Strip sofa bed sheets if used, not necessary to strip other beds. Unplug coffee maker and toaster. Close windows and lock balcony doors.
Clean foreman grill if used
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

The unit was very clean and well stocked with all that we needed. The gift basket was a nice touch and the grandkids enjoyed feeding the koi fish with the food the hosts provided. The view was unobstructed from both balconies. Having stayed at NCV more than 20 times, this unit comes highly recommended. Thank you Diane and George for allowing us to rent your unit.

Great beach vacation

Diane was so easy to communicate with and was very kind. We loved the extra beach supplies offered (boogie boards, beach chairs, beach towels and sand toys). We also loved having outdoor showers to rinse the sand off and also loved relaxing at the pool.

We loved this property, it was so close to the beach. The location of the condo was also perfect, close to the pool and hot tub. We enjoyed being on the top floor, a great view from both decks. The hosts provided everything we needed and then some. We would stay there again!

Great place for a family

We loved our stay. The amenities of the property are great and very well maintained. The kids loved the pool and feeding the Koi fish. We enjoyed eating dinner every evening on the top patio watching surfers and the wonderful sunsets. The beds were comfy, kitchen well stocked, the unit had everything we needed. Loved the beach toys. Would definitely stay again and recommend to friends.

Great complex

We had a great time at this condo. The views were great and all the things that were provided were helpful. The queen beds were firmer than we would have liked but that may just be sleeping preference . The master screen door came off but was easy to put back in. We would stay here again.

Great Condo and Location!

After five hectic days, a Disneyland, it was nice to come somewhere and be able to relax. This condo has all the amenities you couldn’t want and the location is second to none within walking distance is the pier the harbor and countless places to eat and drink proximity the beach is unbelievable, thanks for hosting us Diane and George

Perfect Location

We stayed at the condo for the Oceanside Ironman event. The location was perfect! We walked the beach and to many restaurants. We all really enjoyed the 2 patios. Check in was easy with the clear instructions and Diane was super with communication. If our son competes next year we will definitely book again!

Beautiful Deck Sunset

You thought of everything! This was a well supplied comfortable clean condo with wonderful views of the ocean from both levels. Great for two couples with privacy possible due to the two levels. Owner was very responsive to our questions. Would highly recommend a stay here.

Great memories

The location, condo and amenities were outstanding. The complex grounds are beautiful and relaxing. Loved the sounds of the waterfalls and the waves. We were able to watch the surfers from the balcony while drinking our morning coffee. Many things were in walking distance and easy to get to. Great location to stay if visiting San Diego.

Wonderful first time VRBO experience

We were very excited about our stay in Oceanside and working with George and Diane was so easy. They quickly answered our questions and put us at ease. The property was lovely, spacious and well kept. It had everything we needed to feel at home and relax. The beach was a short walk away and Oceanside is a big town with a small town vibe. We loved our stay. It is a great condo and very well equipped. We have rented condos numerous times and this was the first time we had a welcome basket with snacks and a bottle of wine.
