Brand new bathroom with designer tiled surround bathtub, white vanity and extra space. This 1 bedroom 1 bath villa will not disappoint. It has been renovated to today's standards of what guests expect in a vacation rental with designer colors and a coastal feel. Open Floor Plan with plenty of cabinet and storage space.. Awesome views of the ocean from the balcony.
Please be advised that e-bikes are not allowed in the community.
Includes 1 free parking pass. Additional passes are available for $35 each.
Plan ahead - Our 2025 fall and winter promotions are in effect!
Book 3 nights and get the 4th free, from September 2 through March 1st.
Or be a snowbird and book 3 weeks to get the 4th free, from January 1st through March 1st.
