About this property

Ocean Views Mendocino Beach House Path directly to the Beach!

This 1880's home is large and comfortable. Although home is rustic and a bit funky, (Over 145 years old!) beds are all new and very comfortable, and it the ONLY home in Mendocino with an extra large yard and a path directly to the beach!

Great for a couples or a family. Everything is within walking distance, including coffee, restaurants, ice cream, two beaches, whale watching, live theater, art studio, shops and site seeing.

For that true needed relaxation the Mendocino beach house is the place. Just watch the waves from your deck as you drink some local wine, have a picnic lunch, or take a walk down the special beach path and explore the caves and look for shells and sea glass. Great for 2 weeks or more!

Also great place to get some work done. Wireless internet throughout. Printer, paper, desk, larger screen and hookups all available.

By the way Cinderella really did live here!

Everything worked as expected. The house was clean, the bed was perfect. The little amenities like coffee in the freezer, coffee pods, and tea bags were a very welcome surprise. The house is really conveniently located and we could walk at night to all restaurants easily. The backyard was super amusing with all the decorations and installations - tree fort included. Beach walk was very convenient and led directly to the river/ocean interface.We are looking forward to staying there again in the future.

My husband, our small dog and I very much enjoyed our stay at the “Cinderella House.” We appreciated the nice mix of old world charm and modern convenience, and most especially the story behind the house. (Yes, we bought a book!) The location was fabulous and it was a pleasure to amble along the gorgeous path down to the beach and also be able to walk to all the shops and restaurants in town.
