The Space:

Discover stunning ocean views at this newly updated Fort Bragg home! This open and light-filled coastal getaway sits in a desirable location on Todd's Point. Soak up the sun on the wraparound deck or soothe your muscles in the hot tub while taking in the spectacular views of the Pacific Ocean. You can hear the ocean waves from the house, so don't be surprised to wake up by the soothing sound of the waves crashing in the distance.



The fully-equipped, stainless-steel kitchen has plenty of prep space and essential accessories to whip up quick snacks or delicious meals. There is also a convenient breakfast bar with enough space to seat up to four lucky people! It's perfect for quick meals on the go. A more formal setting can take place in the gorgeous wooden table seating eight. The downstairs living room has a warming pellet stove and plenty of seating for conversation and TV watching.



This level also features three bedrooms and two bathrooms, perfect to keep all the family or group close. Upstairs you will find another sitting/living room where you can have a game night or just curl up with a good book. For added privacy, this level has one bedroom with its own en-suite full bath.

Check-in Form: To ensure a smooth and secure stay for all guests, we kindly require completion of our short check-in form after booking. Pet Policy: We welcome up to 2 well-behaved dogs (50 lbs or under). A nightly pet fee applies and all pets must be disclosed at booking. Pets may not be left unattended unless crated, must stay off furniture, and guests are responsible for cleanup and reporting any damage. Overall, the home was very nice. Trying to get into the home was a nightmare. The lock would not work, the code that was given was inaccurate, we had to call property manager. We were on hold 17 minutes before somebody answered, gave us the correct code so we can get into the home. The next day a person showed up gave us the correct code and the code to get to the house keys. That was very frustrating and upsetting the water pressure and hot water are terribly low. You have to wait forever to get hot water. Again, the home is nice, comfortable and dog friendly, which is very important to us. Watching the sunset in the evenings, sitting on the deck and talking about our day was a good way to wrap up the day.

You really can't beat this spot! Such close proximity to everything. The views are something else.. and the house is spacious and cozy for the family with room for everyone. The house does smell like dog but thats what you fet when you bring your furry friend along.

We had such an amazing time. The house had all the amenities and plenty of room. 3 bathrooms was a nice touch. Upstair bathroom need a curtain and spa could have used chlorine. Other than that, perfect.

We stayed over Christmas and had a lovely time. The house was clean and well stocked and the location was fantastic. There was plenty of room for us to gather as a family (7 + a dog) or spread out and do our own thing. Thank you for sharing your lovely home with us.

The good and the bad

There were some great things about this property and not so great things. First, the good— the upstairs king bed was very comfortable, as well as the living room furniture. There’s ample space if you have a large group. The bad— first I read reviews that the blinds were broken. I inquired about this before booking and told they were fixed. The property is in a weird location where it’s near parking lots for the Pomo Bluffs and people are parked there at night. When I arrived there was substantial blind damage in multiple rooms which made it uncomfortable due to lack of privacy. When the property manager responded I was told “the blind were probably fixed when I inquired and they probably got broken again” and also told “this is a rural area and we don’t have access to things like the big cities”. This was the part that really got me. There was no integrity in these responses. I live in a more rural area than Fort Bragg and in this day and age there is no difficulty using the internet and ordering online. The second big issue was the odor. Yes, this place is dog friendly yet when you walk in you shouldn’t expect to be hit with such a heavy odor of dog. We had to keep all the windows open to air it out. At least there could have been some deodorizer spray or something. Finally, there isn’t much privacy. You are on the hot tub facing the parking lots and neighbors houses. Wish I could have given this place five stars and might have if it wasn’t for the blind issue and dog odor

Fabulous home for a family vacation

Beautiful home for a family vacation. So close to the coastline for a beautiful stroll along the bluffs. The home was great for our family of 6 adults and a grandchild, was perfectly apportioned, extremely comfortable for all of us! Can’t wait to come back and do it again!

Beautiful Location!

The views from the house were my favorite part of the stay. There are two incredible views from each side of the house that are just breathtaking of the coastline. And just a short walk to some great beach cliffs. The house itself had everything we needed- many towels for all the showers and hot tub dips. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable. And plenty of space for everyone to hang out. What an incredible spot! So glad we picked this place and would love to stay again in the future.

Amazing house with everything you need

The house is as perfect as described in the posting. Gorgeous views, lots of room for a group of 8, all of the amenities and kitchen is well stocked. Had trouble with the lock boxes but immediately got access when I called the number to speak with someone. Beds were very comfortable and hot tub relaxing. We thoroughly enjoyed this house and highly recommend it for you!
