Doodle Dunes is a picturesque and elegant home located in the tranquil neighborhood of Watersound West on the South side of 30A, near Deer Lake State Park. In our neighborhood you can stroll and bike along picturesque paths and streets, waltz into the zero-entry heated community pool, or stroll down our private boardwalk passing our beautiful outpouring dune lake and ending at our own piece of the Gulf of Mexico, complete with stunning sugar white sand and emerald waters! This home is perfect for those who want a private, peaceful, and quiet beach vacation surrounded by natural beauty while being close to all the local attractions.

Adults will appreciate the home’s upscale coastal décor, abundant light, and beautiful views of the lake. Kids will love the fun bunkroom with six beds and ensuite bath, the TV lounge on the upstairs landing, and, of course, high speed internet.

Enjoy relaxing mornings on the screened-in porch or upstairs balcony and make memories eating around our large outdoor dining table. Meal prep is a delight in the large modern kitchen. There are three master bedrooms, one downstairs and two upstairs, each have a king size bed, an ensuite bath and large Smart TVs.

Watersound West is ideally located in the heart of 30A. Our house is 0.7 miles from the Old Florida Fish House and Buddy’s seafood market, 1.7 miles from The Hub, 5 miles from Rosemary Beach, and 4 miles from Seaside, and close to Deer Lake State Park beach access.

Starter Pack: We provide our guests with Gilchrist & Soames hand and body soaps, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, toilet paper, trash can liners, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher pods, dish sponge, coffee packs and laundry detergent pods. Guests are responsible for supplying their own amenities once our initial pack is depleted.

Cancellation Policy: Bookings canceled at least 60 days before the start of stay will receive 100% refund. Bookings canceled at least 30 days before the start of stay will receive a 50% a refund. For your protection, we encourage you to procure Traveler’s Insurance. Guests are required to electronically sign the rental agreement within TWO days of booking, otherwise the reservation is subject to cancellation.
