Great comunicaiton. Right in the middle of all the action in Waikiki. Clean basic room set up, not a lot to frills for those on the go. Darker blinds would be helpful.

Amazing!!!!

Awesome condo. We had a wonderful stay. The staff and concierge service was out standing. If we return to Waikiki we will be staying at the Waikiki Grand again no doubt. The room was perfect for 2. We really enjoyed being able to cook some of our meals in the room. Having groceries delivered was a bonus. We highly recommend this VRBO!!!

Great Stay

This was our first trip to Waikiki! Easy to walk to all the great spots along the main drag. Beach was welcoming day or night! All the amenities we wanted were available to us. When an issue came up host was readily available with a solution. Highly recommend for anyone needing a place close to all the action.

Great property!

We stayed for 3 nights and the location was perfect for us. It is literally a 4 minute walk to the beach (less than a block). There were 2 chairs, an umbrella, and a boogie board for us to use which was perfect. The property is located across the street from the zoo and close to convenient stores, restaurants, and bars. The rooftop deck had great views of the zoo and diamond head. We would stay here again if we returned to Waikiki.

Location, location, location!

Wow! Exceeded our expectations. Would highly recommend. Sun deck overlooks the zoo/park - great for morning coffee. Three minutes to the beach. Multiple great casual restaurants within a 10 minute walk or less. So happy we booked this studio!!!!

We loved this property! The room was clean and had everything we needed, plenty of towels,beach chairs and the kitchen was fully stocked with utensils and dishes. Jonathan at the front desk was amazing! Everything from shopping to restaurants was within walking distance and the Zoo is right across the street. One little issue was the internet was spotty but who goes to Waikiki to sit in the room on the internet? We will definitely book this room again.

The Waikiki Grand, where grand has gone

The condo have everything you need, bed is good, kitchen well equipped. Location great. But overall it's missing love from it's owner. The Waikiki Grand Hotel has great history and is located at a perfect location. But as soon as you pass the lobby, the rooms are not reflecting the 'grand hotel' feeling. It looks like the Waikiki Grand Hotel sold their appartments to private investors that do the minimum to continue the business. The best-seller is their location for an affordable price.

Easy Location

The location was exactly what we needed. A small kitchen, bed, and bathroom. We had room 422, which was right next to the trash shoot. We were worried it was going to be noisy, but it wasn’t. There isn’t a view so if you wanted that, this is not the location for you. The location was next to the zoo, which is at the East end of Waikiki, and we liked it because it wasn’t crowded. We would reserve the same location in the future if we return.

Great location, very basic.

This place is pretty basic. Old building, old room. Air conditioning works but has to work pretty hard. Nothing is restocked for you even toilet paper. The front desk was not super helpful or friendly. The bar in the hotel is LGBTQ.. so not what I expected. Location is GREAT. If you don’t need fancy and spend your time out all days it’s a good enough place to lay your head. Not super clean.. moldy caulking but nothing terrible. Window out to alley.. so very noisy early morning with garbage service banging dumpsters.

Thanks for a pleasant stay. A couple of thoughts.

Hi Mark ..Good accomm/n ceiling fan remote not functioning reported to reception but not attended to. Did not use air con preferring ceiling fan however the light could not be turned off. TV remote had no batteries. Desk was helpful providing new batteries. We were unable to use the hot plates as we are unfamiliar . instructions for hot plates/tv remotes/ would be beneficial.. Some desk staff very good. One guy less so.

Amazing!

I absolutely loved this property. The room was spacious, had plenty of storage for clothes along with hangers. There were two beach mats as well as two bogey boards. The bed was soft and comfortable with plenty of pillows. They had the fan and the AC on for my arrival as well. I will be booking this for all of my future visits back to Oahu.
