2-Min Walk to Beach - 8BR 5BA 4K Sq FT - Perfect for Families & Groups

Welcome to Cousins Cove, a 4000 square foot luxury villa in located across the street from the ocean. If you are looking for the perfect place for a large family vacation or a golf trip with your friends, stop your scroll. We have a large, open floor plan with a huge kitchen that has two refrigerators, granite countertops, and eight bar stools. In the dining area, there are two pub style dining tables that seat 12. The main floor has two couches, two cozy chairs and a 65-inch HDTV. The villa has two bedrooms on the main floor (en suite master with two queen beds and second bedroom with king bed) with two bathrooms. The second floor has six bedrooms, all with king beds, and three bathrooms. The second floor also has a large den area with two sofas and a 55-inch HDTV. The laundry room is equipped with a washer and dryer.

On site, we have a shared elevator, pool, hot tub, and several outdoor charcoal grills with a picnic table for our guests to use. There is a large private balcony on both levels with seating to enjoy the views and sounds of North Myrtle Beach.

Additional amenities include a kitchen stocked with pots, pans, dishes, silverware, coffee pots, toaster, blenders, water pitchers, two slow cookers, casserole dishes, mixing bowls and more. To make your beach time more enjoyable, we have beach chairs, towels, toys and a wagon for your use.

PARKING: Parking is on the ground level underneath the building along with the swimming pool and hot tub. There are four parking passes included with several overflow spots that are first come, first serve. The beach access is directly across the street. Our By-Laws do not allow motorcycles or trailers on the premises.

Beautiful condo in a great location. We had 17 people from 8-74 years old, never felt like we were on top of each other. Very clean, beds were comfortable, kitchen was huge with everything you need. The beach chairs were awesome!! I was nervous not being ocean front and having to cross the street, but it ended up not being a big deal at all and the pool and hot tub were great. Highly recommend for large families!!!

Outstanding property and excellent location. The property exceeded our expectations and Julie/Jason, our hosts, were most helpful and friendly. The property has everything that a group of 7 military retirees want and need for a 5 day golf/beach outing. Will book again.

Property was perfect for me and my family. This home had everything we needed. It was clean and very spacious. The host was available and have great instructions about checking and check out process. Location and Condo Set Up PERFECT!

Location of condo is amazing; beach access directly across the street! Condo set up is great for a team building experience. Condo was very up to date, cleanliness was 5 stars and communication with property owner was superb. Highly recommend!

Awesome place for your family and friends!! Great location to beach and attractions. We had people from California, Georgia and North Carolina. We stocked kitchen. Julie is amazing!! We will definitely be back!

We will be back!

We’ve done a family trip for years but this place was the cleanest on arrival - ever! So well stocked! Everything we needed to feed a crowd was there. If you are looking for an ocean view, well, there are tall buildings blocking that but that didn’t keep us from all agreeing to try and get this one again. It’s perfect for large groups.

We had a wonderful stay, the property was accurately described and was wonderfully stocked in the kitchen, and with beach chairs,toys,beach towels and bath towels. Perfect for large gatherings!

This property was absolutely perfect for our large group of 17 consisting of kids and adults. The kitchen and living areas are large and open with plenty of seating, perfect for large gatherings. The property is spacious, quiet, and a short easy walk from beach. There are beach chairs and umbrellas there to use as well. We were all extremely pleased with the condo!! To top it off, the owners are extremely nice and responsive. Highly recommend for a group gathering!!

Amazing location & lots of space

We had an amazing stay at this condo. Our group of 15 adults and teens fit comfortably thanks to the really spacious layout. The condo was beautifully decorated, really clean, and had almost everything we needed - including two refrigerators and lots of seating for group meals or just hanging out. We especially loved spending time on the two porches.The location was perfect- across the street from the beach and close to the shops and restaurants in the heart of North Myrtle Beach. Even with such a large group, the space never felt crowded, and there were plenty of bathrooms and common areas for everyone.The kitchen was well-equipped with dishes, glasses, pots, pans, and utensils, which made preparing meals for a big group easy. The area felt safe. The parking was tight at times but convenient and manageable. And the host was very responsive to our questions and helpful throughout the process.We'd absolutely recommend this home for large groups looking for a clean, comfortable, and well-located place to stay. We'd definitely come back!

Great place for a large group!

We stayed at this rental with our entire wedding party before our wedding. We were blown away by how big and clean the place was. The hosts responded very quickly to all questions. One problem we had was the rental not including hand soap. This is a basic need for any house that I do not think guests should have to buy. We were also given permission for late checkout before we booked the rental. The morning of our checkout we were told at 10am we would have to be checked out by 10am. We did not appreciate that, as we had gotten permission months prior.

Absolute BEST place to stay!!!

We LOVE this place! It’s huge! We had 10 adults and 3 children (ages 3,2,and 1) and it was PERFECT! We were going to have 12 adults and 4 children but a family had to drop out. Even had they come the place would have EASILY accommodated us all. Everything was super clean and well taken care of. The owners have thought of everything from crib to high chairs to tons of utensils, coffee cups, bowls, plates to regular coffee pot plus a keurig. They have beach chairs, beach umbrellas, AND beach towels! Oh and a beach wagon and beach toys! The location is perfect, the elevator is perfect and LUGGAGE CARTS!! My gosh! This is THE PLACE to stay in North Myrtle Beach. You will not be disappointed! We have stayed in places in Gulf Shores, Alabama and this place is way better because of the attention the owners have paid to thinking of literally everything! We will DEFINITELY be back (with hopefully more grandbabies LOL!) Thank you for sharing your home with us, for your timely communication with us, and for providing the best experience we have had renting a beach place anywhere!

Very Good Stay

This property is exactly as advertised and was perfect for our golf trip. Property was clean, quite large and close to the golf courses. Check in was a breeze and communication was easy with the owner. We had an unexpected situation arise and the owner got back to me with a phone call. Bathrooms were great and there were plenty of towels. Plenty of parking. I am hoping that they will rent to us again. I did not give this property a five star rating just because there were some smaller amenities missing. There were no soaps or shampoos for us. Not a big deal except it was a surprise. There was one trash bag in the liner with no replacements. We were advised to go buy some more. We similarly ran out of bathroom tissue, paper towels and dishwasher pods. Again, not a big deal but not what we expected. I'm hoping to rent this property again, but we will know to stock up on household basics before we get settled in. We had a great trip at this property.

COUSINS REUNION

The 14 of us (ages from 61 to 80), all women, are 1st cousins (all our parents were siblings) and this was the first time we've ever gotten together as a group. Of course, we wanted lots of space and to be close to the beach. When we walked into the Condo and one of the ladies saw the "Cousins Cove" on the wall, WE knew we had chosen the right place! That sign was confirmation! The rooms were spacious and clean; upstairs and downstairs sitting area; the kitchen with the two tables, plus bar stools to sit at the counter; two fridges, and the beach in walking distance...what more could we have asked for!! EVERYONE in the group LOVED IT!! We had so much FUN!! My contact person, Julie, was AMAZING. She was easy to communicate with and her response time was always prompt. Some of my cousins have already inquire about booking this Condo as early as December. And next year, if we don't go somewhere else, we would definitely be back here! Thank you, Julie & staff, for providing us with the PERFECT PLACE to make our dream of coming together a reality.

Large Lovely Condo

I was tasked with the responsibility of finding a property for the return of our annual Family beach trip. We missed 2020 & 2021 due to Covid restrictions. We had 16 Family members ranging from 20 years old to 75 years old. Parents, Aunts, Cousins, Grandparents, Uncles, Sisters, Brothers, InLaws...etc., Access to the beach was directly across the street. Bedrooms were spacious, 2 refrigerators, enough counter and table space, spacious sitting areas and the place was very clean. My Dad thoroughly enjoyed the balcony outside his bedroom. Many naps were taken. Parking was a little tight (space wise). You receive 4 parking passes but we didn't have any problem finding excess parking close to the property for the additional cars. We had a wonderful stay and Julie is a GEM. She was a pleasure to deal with. I recommend Cousins Cove and would most definitely stay here again.

WE enjoyed our space and it was accommodating for the size group. Everything was just right. From the kitchen to the bathrooms and beach supplies. Parking got a little tight at times but will most definitely stay again.

Huge place for all of us!

We needed a big place for the 8 of us and this condo was just right. 8 bedrooms, so everyone had their own bedroom. Each bedroom has a TV too! One block from the ocean, but crossing Ocean Blvd without a crosswalk was never a problem. We had a few issues (broken umbrellas, coffee make stopped working), but the owner bought replacements same day. Will come back again if we can!

Family Gathering

We rented this specific condo for a beach trip with all of our children and grandchildren. We were across the street from the 14th Ave beach access and could easily be on the sand within 2 minutes of leaving the condo. There is a pool and hot tub on site which the grandchildren loved! This unit with 8 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, 2 living rooms and 2 full sized refrigerators gave us plenty of space to spread out, yet be together. The communication from the owners left nothing to question. They were so helpful getting us into the property on our day of arrival and each question received a prompt response. It was very clean and well maintained and would recommend this particular condo to anyone traveling with large families, or multiple families. It was the centerpiece for an amazing week!

First time in a long while.

We haven’t visited the Myrtle Beach area in years. This time was so much more enjoyable! The proximity and easy beach access made everything so easy. The spacious rooms and well stocked kitchen were a home run!

Great week

Condo was just as described our fam loved the place the only small negative(very small!!) tough parking with full size suv and trucks. Obviously we got parked but had to be picky on which spot. Communication with owners was fantastic and they checked on us a couple times as well. Would definitely stay there again no doubt!!!!
