The condo being on the 1st floor made it so easy for our daughter to play outside. It has a short walk to the beach. Overall we loved the area, it’s quiet with beautiful views. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking as well. Short drive to Poipu beach which is perfect for children.

Great Stay

Our stay was amazing. Condo location, settings, nice Parrish stuff communicating effectively - all worked great for us , so we could get most of relax ,rest and recovery during our short trip. We are really appreciate great work of Parrish Group. Definitely we will come again.

Lovely getaway

We have a condo in Kona on the big island and like to get away to other islands. This was a very enjoyable getaway. The condo was perfect.

40th Anniversary Getaway

The property was as advertised. On days we didn’t drive to sites around the island, we’d walk to Poipu beach to check on the turtles before trying someplace new for lunch!

We enjoyed the location of the property and its proximity to the Hyatt and Shipwreck Beach. The kitchen is well stocked, and beach chairs, umbrellas, and towels were plentiful. Our TV broke with 3 days left and was not replaced.

We are sorry that it took a few days to replace the TV. After reviewing the notes, we see you reported it on the 31st of December, and we came to troubleshoot that afternoon. On New Year's Day, we worked on this for you, by getting authorization to replace it, and on the 2nd, a new TV was purchased and placed in the unit. While it is unfortunate that we could not replace it on the holiday, we worked as quickly as we could to get this resolved. We do hope that you had a wonderful stay and we look forward to hosting you again soon.

Spacious and great location

Property had some minor issues that were taken care of promptly, most of which I would assume previous guests just ignored. Anyway, the unit is close to the pool and an easy walk to the pool and Shipwreck beach and the Coastal trail (worth doing).

Poipu Sands 115

We enjoyed our stay at Poipu Sands 115. The condo was perfectly set up with a nice view of the ocean. We will definitely stay here again. The property manager Scott made renting and checking in easy. I want to thank Kristen who manages cleaning for accommodating an early arrival and helping us on departure. I highly recommend this condo, it is centrally located on the south shore and close to many activities and restaurants.

Fabulous Property

There were two of us in this particular property with a group total of 11. One of the other parties was also in a Parrish Collection condo. Our condo was very spacious and had everything we needed. I loved the location with pool and beaches within an easy walk and shopping, dining nearby. The morning sunrises were gorgeous right from our condo! I will definately be returning...Mahalo!

Very nice unit at Poipu Sands

We had a good stay. The unit is very nice. Well appointed with all the right things for a stay like beach chairs, umbrellas and everything in the kitchen we needed. Our only concern was some of the landscaping. There were dry patches on the lawn and flowerbeds not groomed. We also couldn’t get the Olympics on the tv. But overall a very lovely stay.

The house was great

However it was extremely hot, and the blinds in the house didn’t go down in the living room other than 2. There was no information about construction happening, so we were woken up very early during the week.A notice about that would have been nice before booking. Other than that they were kind and check in was easy

Aloha Bryttney. Thanks for your comments. While tropical breezes do mostly keep things comfortable, we do know at times it can get warm. Please note, that we do have other properties with AC should that be required for next time. In terms of the construction, we do notify guests and see that you did in fact receive and open the construction notice email on August 3rd. Also note, we have it predominantly displayed on our listing: Specifically: CONSTRUCTION PROMO: SAVE 25% NOW THRU 4/30/25 ON SELECT DATES. Sorry you seem to have missed it. Glad to hear all else seemed to be well and you enjoyed your stay.

Poipu Sands Condo

The Parrish Collection group were very professional with quick accurate replies to questions. We only needed to text ti resolve questions but they were very available by phone. I would stay at another property they manage. This unit was very tired. The kitchen cabinets had a bad odor every time they were opened. Some of the furniture was tattered. No AC which isn't always a problem Hawaii if you can get some airflow but in this unit the air was very stagnant and they fans did wry little. We felt it was significantly overpriced (and it was discounted due to temporary construction on the building) for the comfort.

You should have let us know about the cabinets as we would have sent our HK team over to assist. We have not had this feedback from any previous guests. The home does not have AC, and you signed the rental agreement which makes you initial that fact specifically in case you need to reconsider your property choice. NEVER stay at a Condo managed by Parrish Collection!!!!!

When we arrived the Condo was like a sweat box and the ice maker was turned OFF so no ice! Very unssfe! No safe, no key to the Dead bolt, the patio screen did not lock. Not instructions for TV, had to call twice for help ! We stayed 2 weeks and had to pay $150 to have the Condo cleaned the second week. No screen door on the entry door so no cross ventilation! Very hot and humid, the cheap floor fans did nothing and only had 2 ceiling fans with not the fastest speed!

Aloha Bob and Mary. We are sorry that you feel you had a two star stay with us. We regret that the icemaker was turned off when you arrived, and we acknowledge the oversight on our part. To rectify the situation promptly, we provided you with a supply of ice to allow the icemaker sufficient time to catch up. There usually is a safe in this condo, however it seems it was not working properly, and had been removed. The replacement is on order. Apologies for not notifying you about the ongoing safe repair. The key for the front door is the same key that operates the deadbolt. Instructions for the TV are left in the guest directory on the coffee table, and we would have replaced them if you had mentioned that they were not there. The booking you made includes the cleaning fee for your departure. You requested a quote for the additional maid service, and you agreed to the charge, so I am not clear why you would complain about a charge you agreed to. The home is privately owned, and the owner has not installed a screen door which you feel would have helped with a cross breeze. When we delivered ice to you and helped with the icemaker, our crew was able to assist with adjusting the fan speed for you. Perhaps on your next visit, you should be sure to rent a home that has air conditioning since the weather was hot and humid, which is typical for this time of year in Kauai. We are sorry that you feel you had a two-star stay, but most of these concerns were either addressed immediately or not brought to our attention at all or simply your personal preference and not a deficiency of the condo.

Very nice condo

We really enjoyed staying at this condo at the end of September 2022. It was a great location, nice size, nice amenities. We really enjoyed the pool being so close to our unit. And being within walking distance of Poipu beach and Shipwrecks. I only wish there was A/C in the until. The patio furniture was a bit rusted and breaking down and the screens on the living room windows were bent and would fall off when you opened the windows. We had an issue with our oven when we were there but the maintenance team was out with a replacement within a day! Really great property management staff.
