Situated on a corner lot with views of James Pond from nearly every room, this 4BR/2BA house offers a tranquil retreat. Affording a walkable locale, you’ll love being a pleasant stroll from Long Pond as well as local restaurants and attractions. Cruise the surrounding area on the provided bikes, or launch the canoe for adventures on the water.

With two floors of stylish living space, your completely remodeled home features rich hardwood flooring, all new kitchen appliances, and beautifully tiled bathrooms. Outside, an expansive fenced yard offers a gas grill and al fresco dining.

There’s plenty of driveway space to BYOB (bring your own boat)!

LIVING AREA

Two sofas provide comfy seating in the open living area. Relax and watch a movie on the 49” smart TV.

KITCHEN & DINING

The beautifully updated kitchen features stainless steel appliances and marble countertops--a great space to create your own meals!

A breakfast bar for two creates a cozy spot to sip morning coffee, while a dining table provides additional seating for four.

BEDROOMS & BATHS

This two-story home sleeps up to eight guests in four bedrooms, each appointed with hotel-quality linens. Stocked with a complimentary starter supply of toiletries, a bathroom with a tub/shower combination can be found on each floor.

Downstairs, the master bedroom features a plush queen bed, an armchair, desk, and a crib. Also on the first floor, a second bedroom is outfitted with two twin beds.

Upstairs, you’ll find two more bedrooms. One has two full-size beds, while the other features a queen bed.


OUTDOOR AREAS

The large fenced yard has plenty of room for the kids to play. Toss a Frisbee while dinner sizzles on the Weber gas grill, then enjoy a family cookout on the patio with al fresco dining for eight.

Within a half mile, Wings Grove Beach at Long Pond provides a great family-friendly lake beach with calm water and a roped off swimming area. A sloped sandy area offers a nice spot to lounge in the sun. You’ll also find a playground and a basketball court.

For classic New England dishes in a rustic setting, head to Hearth & Kettle. Or go out for ice cream at Cape Cod Creamery -- a family-owned parlor scooping up homemade ice cream inspired by local sights. Both are also within a half mile of your home.

Enjoy close proximity to additional restaurants, local activities, and ocean beaches. Boasting the title of Yarmouth’s largest and most popular beach, Seagull beach is a quick 4 miles away.

The place was well located, spacious, and clean. The beds were comfy and it was perfect for 2 adults and 4 teens.There were a few little things that would have made it better - working bikes, more dishes, a nicer outdoor space, but these things were not deal-breakers. I would recommend for a group, for sure.The West Dennis beach is gorgeous and close by.

Nice home with some (minor) shortcomings

We had a very nice stay in this modern looking. comfortable cottage with lots of space in the living as well as the bedrooms. The location is great; very central on the Cape. Unfortunately the dining table can only seat 6 (little small for cottage that sleeps 8) and the backyard is not well maintained. Other than that it is a great cottage. Be aware that you have to pay service fees to both VRBO and VACASA when you book through VRBO.

Nice house & location

We stayed here for a week in September and had a great trip. The house was very clean and located in a great central location on the Cape for easy exploring in all directions. The house had everything we needed, although we did have a couple suggestions ….. the bathtub/shower floors were quite slippery and there were no tub mats available to make it safer, plus nothing to hold onto. The bathroom also had only one towel rack (for 4 people). Otherwise, we loved our stay!

Cute little Cape

This house was clean and well stocked with linens, towels and dishes. Everything you needed was available, even a washing machine and dryer, coffee maker, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, toaster and toaster oven. The smart TV allowed us to log into our own account and have great TV options. The yard was a good size with friendly rabbits that came to visit and ate the carrots we tossed them 😊. The internet connection was also very good. There were bikes but the ones with comfortable seats had either a popped tire or the chain fell off when you rode it. The neighborhood would have been good to ride in but instead we took walks around the block. The air conditioning was window units and quite loud. My family liked falling asleep to the din but I resorted to ear plugs. Everyone got a solid night’s sleep each day. Overall a good location. And we enjoyed our visit to the cape.

Fall colors

Loved the location for getting to both ends of Cape Cod easily. The house was a great floor plan for 4 couples. Only complaint is not enough comfortable seating in the living room area for a house that can sleep so many. We had one cold, very rainy day to hang out there, but there just weren’t enough places for everyone to sit.

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This rental was in very good shape and worked out well for our gathering. The kitchen was good. Add directions for the tv. Though some suggestions are here: Empty the trash barrel for new guests (it was full), check the washer - very noisy - maybe a belt problem. We only used it to start the towels washing on the checkout day. The kitchen needs organizing better and needs more glasses, mugs. The rug in the dining room has a curled up corner that is dangerous and needs repair. The top of the stairs should have a railing for safety. Had to call Turnkey for assistance with wifi.

The house was perfect for our stay!

The house was the perfect size with more than enough room for 3 adults and 2 teens. Everyone had their own space. Place was clean and fully equipped. Super private backyard and hardly any street noise. Our only negative was the washing machine. When running any cycle, it would make this ungodly sort of grinding sound. We quickly learned to throw a load in when we went out so we didn't have to listen to it! We would stay here again for sure.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Location was ideal- close to shops, good restaurants, and nice beaches. Neighborhood was nice for walking. House was fairly clean. Linens were not hotel quality as stated. Beach chairs were provided but broken. Luckily, we brought our own. We had problems upon arrival with electricity out in half of the house, and the refrigerator was not working. Service people were friendly, but we did spend our first and seconds days and night on the phone trying for resolution. We had a party of 8 and used all 4 bedrooms, however, only 3 bedrooms have AC units. After check out we continued to contact turn key for reimbursement. Unfortunately, we spent a lot of our vacation time on the phone with turn key. As of now, we are still waiting for restitution, though we were assured on our last day we would hear back within 48 hours.
