Look no further, you’ve found the perfect Dennisport vacation rental! The 4BR/2BA duplex is comprised of two attached units (each with 2BR/1BA), which are rented as a pair. Extended families or large groups will enjoy comfortable areas and a sunny deck. This delightful duplex is only an 8 minute walk from popular Sea Street Beach, and just a short stroll to ice cream, dining, and more.

From the tree-lined street, you’ll find parking for four in the gravel driveway. This charming cottage with cedar shake shingles includes two identical units, labeled #4 and #5.

In both vacation rentals, you'll enter into an open-plan living area with carpeted floors and a cheerful beach décor. The pair of fully equipped kitchens each have an electric stove/oven, fridge, sink, and microwave. There’s seating at the wooden table in each unit too. Kick back on a comfy sofa and watch TV with cable, or head out to the deck to enjoy the ocean breeze. The property’s relaxed vibe will soon have you in blissful “holiday mode”. The units share a covered porch, equipped with plenty of beach chairs for time in the sun. Grill up a feast for the group on 2 BBQs and dine on the deck with table seating. Behind the duplex, you’ll find another picnic table and an enclosed outdoor shower.

There are two bedrooms in each unit. One with a full-size bed, and the other with two twins. The bathroom has tile floors and a walk-in shower.

You’re only a short walk from Sea Street Beach, which is located right on the Nantucket Sound, and is one of the most popular beaches in Dennisport. Enjoy perfect family beach days with warm sand and calm water. After you’ve worked up an appetite, make your way to Ocean House for an elegant meal with amazing views of the Sound. For those with a sweet tooth, it’s an even shorter walk to Sundae School Ice Cream. Cyclists will love the nearby Cape Cod Rail Trail, a 22-mile path taking you past beaches, meadows, and forests. You’re also a short drive to several iconic Cape Cod lighthouses.

Perfect for us. My husband and I stayed on one side and my son and grandkids on the other. Great location for the beach and Sundae School. Also short ride to Cuffy’s and zip line,bumper boats etc. great place for families.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We weren’t in the house much because our days were full of beach time and sight seeing. But the place was great for our big family. In one unit was a family of five (mom dad, kids aged 14,12,6) in the second unit my sister stayed with her 17 year old daughter but could have easily fit more people. There was a cooler and beach toys left for us on the porch which was nice because we flew in from New Mexico. Because we are used to the heat in the SW we didn’t need to use the air conditioners at night and just opened windows. The place is small but functional. Not completely modern but was clean, and able to handle our large family. There were cleaning supplies so I was able to do laundry, vacuum, sweep, etc. my kids loved the outdoor shower and also played in the side yard. We loved sitting on the front porch in the morning to drink coffee. All in all, we would stay here again. Also the representatives at Turnkey are amazing. Literally only a text away. And I only needed them before the trip, everything was set up and ready to go on arrival.

Few improvements

Besides few call outs when we arrive, the place was very cozy and had an awesome outdoor shower after a fun Sandy day. A fire pit would have been a + but would definitely come back in the summer. Walking distance from the beach was a +!

Great location with walking to the beach, ice cream and restaurants. House is small and basic but worked. The duplex style makes for a nice spot for 2 families. The common patio tables were a nice hang out area. Plenty or beach chair and beach toys. One of the bedrooms had a loud musty air conditioner and sheets, towels and bedding had stains. We also could not check in until 35 min past check in time due to cleaning crew still at the house.

Great stay

Great stay for friends or family. This property is split into two homes, each with 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and kitchen. Large outdoor area. 8 min walk to Sea Street beach. Lots to do in the area. Check in was 30 mins late. On our second day, one unit had no hot water, the management company resolved it the next day. Great communication via text.

week at the Cape

Nice, convenient property and very handy with the 2 apartments. Outside area was nice for sharing meals with the family but could use some maintainence to neaten it up. I found the window AC units in the bedrooms noisey for sleeping and they did not cool of the whole apartment. Unfortunately the week we stayed was unusually HOT and muggy. Also some sprucing up of the inside would be useful. As I was closing up to leave one of the blinds fell right off the window as I was trying to lower it. I was unable to put it back on . It looked pretty old.

Family Vacation

Really enjoyed our stay. Extremely close to everything. We unfortunately had some neighbors that were not so friendly and didn’t feel like they should share the common areas with us even though it was stated that it was for everyone’s use BUT the management was made aware. Outside wasn’t cleaned very well before our arrival but it wasn’t a huge deal. I cleaned it up

Reviewer Comments: The units were outdated/show some wear, need some repairs (shower door leaks), unless you move the twin beds, the bedroom doors won't close (in both unit 4 and 5) but the close proximity to the beach was great. It took more than 24 hours for turnkey to resolve an issue, and the solution involved me going into the basement and searching for what was missing. It was a hassle to be doing back and forth texting on my vacation when I was hoping to be unplugged.

Great location!

We enjoyed a lovely, comfortable week here. It was a perfect fit for our family of four in a sweet neighborhood. The location was great as we were able to walk to the beach and into town for pizza and ice cream. It was a short drive to many other restaurants and fun things and an overall central location on the Cape.

Cottage perfect for a family four.

Clean and well equiped Cottage. Perfect for a little family. Near the beach, ice cream and a bike trail easy to reach (the start is 3 miles from the cotage). I recommand this proprety.

Fun in the Sun!

Can't say enough about the place, my family loves coming here this is our 2nd year and we already booked for next year. Only thing you need to bring is food, sheets and towels, the unit has everything you can think of that you would need for vacation, from lobster pots, to griddle, coffee maker to beach chairs,toys,umbrella's,coolers. There is also a washer and dryer available, very handy! There is so much to do and it is all nearby no need to be stuck in traffic while on vacation. Looking forward to next year!

Fun Family Vacation

This is the second year we stayed in these cottages. My sisters rented the one's next to us and we had a ball. It was nice for us to all be together for the week but still have our own place. They are set back from the main road which was awesome since we brought our grandchildren this year. They are clean and well maintained. The beach and ice cream shoppe were just a short walk which was great having the little ones. The availability of washer and dryer was a bonus. The week was just perfect and we plan on renting again next year.

Always enjoyable

We have stayed here each of the last 4 summers. Its always clean, bright and an easy walk to the beach. It has a nice side yard to cook out after a day at the beach. Its close to area attractions, restaurants, pubs, and children's activities. We look forward to returning this year.
