Segundo dormitorio de segundo piso con cama de matrimonio y dos camas individuales. El tercer dormitorio primera planta con dos - dos camas individuales. Nuevo mobiliario en cocina y sala de sala. Nuevo cable de pantalla plana TV / DVD / Internet inalámbrica. Nueva lavadora y secadora. Backyard cubierta fuera de la cocina, ducha al aire libre, parrilla de gas, etc. La ciudad de Dennis tiene algunos de los mejores restaurantes, golf y pesca en Cape Cod para que usted disfrute.

Family Vacay

We had such a wonderful stay at Joe's place. He was excellent in communicating with us and setting us up for a great time. The house was very clean and stocked with everything we could need. The location is unbeatable being a 2 minute walk from the beach. I would highly recommend staying here!

Fabulous location, wonderful house!

My husband and I have been coming to the Yarmouth/Dennis area for years and this was one of the best locations we have stayed in. Joe and Colleen’s cottage was absolutely perfect for introducing our 10 year old nephew to the cape! The perfect walking distance to a beautiful beach, close to shops, restaurants and amenities. The house is equipt with just about everything that you would need - you truly could just show up and relax. Plenty of beach chairs, towels, and a well stocked kitchen. The house is updated, yet comfortable and was plenty of room for our group. A couple of things to note, the property is a duplex, and we heard very little from the family Nextdoor, so it still felt very private but you do share the outdoor shower, so remember to be courteous and remove your stuff after using. We would definitely consider booking here again!

Perfect stay

We have stayed at this property over 20 times through the years and absolutely love the location, layout of the house and amenities offered. Our 14 month old granddaughter loved the wagon rides to the beach, which is a short 2 minute walk away. The hosts provide great recommendations about dining, things to do and places to see. We already have booked for next year and look forward to another fabulous family vacation.

Great location with a host who made thought of everything.

We absolutely loved our time at this house! The home had plenty of space for all of us and the furnishings/appliances were in great condition. The proximity to the beach was absolutely fantastic. Not only that, the house was well stocked with little things like ziplock bags and wares that allowed the space to feel like home. We’d love nothing more than to stay here again!

Great house and amazing location!

This house definitely exceeded our expectations! It was very clean and had all updated amenities. There was plenty of space for 6 adult friends to enjoy time together, and apart (when a nap or quiet time was needed.) It was very close to the beach which made it easy to come back and forth for lunch or breaks from the sun. We are already looking forward to our trip back!

Back to the future

Perfect location for a beach getaway. Very convenient to walk to the beach, go back for lunch and be able to enjoy a full beach day. The house is very clean and comfortable, the hosts were very responsive to questions and we enjoyed our stay very much. Will absolutely be going back next year!

We had a great week exploring the Cape with our family of 4 (2 older teens). The home was clean and well appointed and we so appreciated the well- stocked kitchen, the beach towels and chairs, the washer and dryer, and we especially loved the outdoor shower. Thanks for a fun week at this solid mid-cape location.

SVR is the Best!

Joseph’s home is fantastic. Proximity to the beach, the amenities are exactly what is needed. Talk about the best beach location for a week on the cape. I grew up in the area and it amazes me year after year (rented multiple years from Joseph). I’d recommend to anyone.

Great Cape Week!

This place is a perfect location for a family with young children. We have three kids 5 years old and younger and having access to the beach that is steps away at the end of the street is invaluable to us. Don't have to worry about beach parking or costs! The house is updated and clean and equipped with everything you would need. The large decks off the kitchen/dining room and upstairs bedroom are an added bonus. The owners are always quick with communication. We would definitely book again.

Fantastic Beach Vacation

We arrived from Pennsylvania to a wonderful home located very close to the beach. The house was immaculate & everything one may need during a beach vacation was located in the house and on the property. We used the beach chairs & towels left for us & grilled almost nightly. The distance to the beach was perfect for our 6 month old who would need to come back midday for a nap. We walked to Woolfies daily for coffee, ate at the Dog House, Ocean House, and visited Sundae School during our week. Joe and Colleen were very easy to communicate with. We made wonderful family memories that will last a lifetime and look forward to hopefully renting this property again next year.

Lovely!

Perfect for our week long summer vacation with another family. There were a total of 4 adults and two kids around 13. We made some great memories playing games at the dining room table and enjoying the back deck. Well kept home with beautiful updated kitchen and bathrooms. 4 min walk to the beach. Although it was very seaweedy there is a fun river you can float on as well as places to find creatures and explore. My only sort of negative comment is the attached 2nd rental. The folks who were staying there were very nice but you do have to share the outdoor shower. The other outdoor spaces were sort of separate but you are very close to one another. Joe was very responsive and his home is perfect for summer cape vacation. Would highly recommend.

“Sunsational” Summer Setting!

My family & I just wanted to take the time to formally thank you for the opportunity we had to experience the Cape through your wonderful beach cottage. This was such an awesome venue for so many reasons. First, your cottage was so tastefully renovated and decorated; with so many nice amenities…..and so clean, neat, light, and airy. For these very reasons, it was so delightful to spend some relaxing time in the house (or decks) when not at the beach. Your house was so soothing and relaxing; yet, at the same time, it was so exciting to see the strolling passersby and families walking with beach gear and children in tow making their way to the neighboring beach. As accurately represented by you, your cottage was situated just feet away from the public town beach and for that reason, we considered your cottage to be a real “oceanside delight ”. (At night, when everything gradually came to a silencing halt, we actually heard the ocean waves from the master bedroom deck). We had a great time on the beach. It was a vibrant people-friendly summer spot with the soothing sound of ocean waves crashing, great sand with ribbons of colorful umbrellas dotting the landscape, and all shapes and sizes of whimsical inflatables floating in the water; chock-full of happy and engaged vacationers, swimmers, and sunbathers. Be prepared for a little sand in your shoes, bags, and clothes as part of the fun beach experience! This was a true and colorful beach experience and we thank you again, especially for your accurate picture and text representations of your Cape cottage and neighboring public beach!!!! Additionally, I want to thank you for being a responsive and effective communicator throughout this entire vacation process. Lastly, your vacation cottage allowed our family to spend good quality fun family time together; great times were captured with the sandy beach and stirring ocean consistently providing a wonderful summertime backdrop. Thanks for a wonderful vacation experience!!

Great cottage and location!

We loved this 3 bedroom cottage in West Dennis! You have a view of the South Village beach and the Swan River from the upstairs deck. The kitchen and dining area is recently updated and so well done!!! It was also well stocked and very clean. The downstairs deck is also very comfortable to hang out in. We really loved the cottage.

Much needed break

Beautiful home with really stellar remodeling in the kitchen and bathrooms. A 3 minute walk to the beach, making a simple roll out of bed and hit the beach routine really easy. Great recommendations from Joe on things to do during the week - we actually did two of them: Wellfleet Drive In and a Cape Cod League Baseball game.

Amazing location, place, and owner!

Our family had the best week at this cozy cottage. Location, location, location... a short stroll to the beach made this cottage an ideal spot. Plenty of room for 6 adults to relax comfortably. Brand new kitchen, spacious dining area, beautiful view of the water from the master suite deck. Each room had a fan and very comfortable beds. Great breeze at night provided great weather for sleeping. Large back deck with grill and outdoor shower. Joe was very easy to communicate with and helped ensure we had a fantastic family vacation. This is an A++ location, house, and owner. Already booked for next year!!
