The 5th bedroom has a single mattress on top with a double underneath a single bunk bed, and an extra single mattress. Located in a valley just West of Leadville, town is a short walk or a 2 minute drive. The mineral belt trail is right across the road and the views of the valley and Mount Massive are breathtaking, private and serene.

The kitchen has everything one might need to accommodate the house, there’s a pellet stove on the main living floor, and two different living rooms that both have a large TV and plenty of seating. The newly installed 6-person Sauna and the soaking tub in the primary bedroom en-suite will make your stay relaxing and enjoyable.
