Nestled just 10 minutes from downtown, this lovely 3BR/2BA home is a charming canal-front getaway complete with a screened lanai, heated pool, and alfresco dining.

Launch one of the three provided kayaks (lifejackets and paddles included) from the private dock and spend a fun-filled day on the water. Or cast a line off the private dock -- extra perks include two fishing rods, tackle, and mounted rod holders.

LIVING AREA

Relax on a plush sectional in the welcoming living area. Watch a movie on the Roku TV or enjoy a game of foosball.

KITCHEN & DINING

Create delectable dishes in the pristine kitchen, equipped with a full suite of stainless steel appliances and ample counter space.

When it’s time to eat, the table accommodates eight.

BED & BATH

This home sleeps seven guests in three bedrooms.

Find comfort in the primary bedroom, which offers a comfy queen bed and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower.

The second bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed, while the third bedroom has a twin-over-full bunk bed. The second bathroom is configured with a tub/shower combination.

OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES

Spend leisurely days in your tranquil backyard oasis. Fire up the grill and host a cookout. A six-person table is perfect for alfresco meals.

The screened lanai features a heated 6’-deep pool. A grassy yard is ideal for lawn games, while the dock can accommodate a boat up to 80’ in length. (The boat lift is not available for use.)

EXTRA PERKS & MORE DETAILS

Extra amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi, a washer/dryer, and cornhole. Two adult-size kayaks and one kayak with a maximum capacity rating of 150 pounds are provided.

Parking is available for four cars (two in the garage and two in the driveway). Street parking is not permitted.

THE LOCATION

For dining and shopping, downtown is only 10 minutes away from home.

Schedule a tee time at one of the prominent golf courses in the area. Or book a massage at a local spa.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.
This rental is located on floor 1.
3 days notification is required in order to heat the pool. A fee of USD 32 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool heat for your stay.


Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Enjoyable 3 weeks

We had a great time here. Everything was perfect and we needed for nothing during our stay. Lots of time was spent by the pool for which there were plenty pool toys in the garage. We also left ours there when we left. If we return to Cape Coral in the future, I would be happy to have this villa again.

family trip & baby shower

We chose this location to be close to our family in Cape Coral while we helped them reno their new nursery. Having this VRBO to come back to and relax had not only a good location but also some great amenities. We had a small group and hosted the baby shower at the VRBO. Having the pool to use and the dock to fish from was a plus. Two of us used the kayaks and had a great time.

Enjoyable stay

We enjoyed the home but a couple of things to note. A king bed in master would’ve been nice. No plastic dishware,to use by pool. Only one burner on the gas grill worked so we had to do most meals inside.

The home was lovely and the kitchen had all the amenities. We made several homecooked meals and sat at the dining room table. There were plenty of towels and extra toilet paper for the week long stay. The pool was clean, not too cold, and did not have a chlorine feel. Lots of toys in the garage and we enjoyed kayaking in the canal. The Wifi supported music streaming seamlessly. I loved the elongated table that looks over the living room, perfect for working on a laptop and keeping an eye on everything. In the morning we sat on the dock and drank orange juice and listened to the birds. Highly recommend!

Family Vacation

We loved being on the canal. We sat on the dock a lot. It was very peaceful. We loved having our own pool. It was nice having 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Once the cleaning staff came, the house was very clean. My kids were very comfy in their beds. My husband and I were miserable with the mattress in the master bedroom. The house is a bit run down. It could use some work. The interior is better than the exterior for sure! This house provided what we needed.

Ok stay

We had rashes from the pool, took a break went to the beach a few days and it did clear up. Tried pool again and rash came back. Also if we got splashed in the face eyes would instantly start itching and burning. Told property manager about the 3rd day in and were told there’s nothing in the pool that could cause that by her husband. Mind you we Understand it could have just been us that’s sensitive to something in the pool. But we wish chemicals could have been checked in case it was fixable since that caused us to not be able to enjoy the pool. We wanted to be able to enjoy a pool which is why we rented a home with one. We left a day early as we also had neighbors move in that blasted music both day and night and lots of shouting till 2-3 am 2 nights in a row. No fault to this listings management but another damper on our trip..

The AC was broken upon arrival. Then property manager was aware a week prior The outside patio pool was infested with mildew and mold The pool was dirty and unusable. Both bathrooms and showers had mold and were unusable we had to be relocated.

Beautiful location, updated nice interior.

Beautiful place on the canal. We enjoyed fishing and sitting on the dock. We loved having a private pool. The interior was very clean and updated. The power went out while we were there which also messed up the air conditioner. It was hot in the house (thank goodness for the pool and nearby beaches), but vacasa responded quickly and sent someone out to fix. We would definitely stay again!

Rental process was so easy. Property was exactly like the pictures. Outside is weathered but the inside newly remodeled. Everything we needed under 1 roof .

Rental was exactly as advertised. No complaints. The property management company promptly responded and fixed the AC and a non locking sliding door. But the worst part Turnkey’s merger with Vacasa half way through our rental generating rude texts to “get out” and a dozen phone calls at all hours. Vendors showing up at the door all the time looking to case the joint was a bit annoying too. This review was submitted while the home was managed by a different property management company.

Wonderful family vacation getaway

We had a wonderful relaxing time. The house was clean and the kids spent half the time in the pool. We also enjoyed fishing off the dock and used the kayaks which were a great pleasure. I would highly recommend this property.

Family Friendly!

The entire family enjoyed our time at the house. Quiet neighborhood in a great area and still close to everything. Short drives to several nice beaches. Everything we needed was included but the trash bags and toilet paper/paper towels are limited supplies. We would definitely stay here again.

The place was overall very nice. Clean and great view. The only complaint I have is there was no toilet paper, paper towels , cleaning products or broom. They should fix the tiki umbrella down by the dock. Other than that it was great.

Outside of home was a bit tired, but who really cares ... but inside Whoa! New EVERYTHING. Tastefully done! On main Canal so as a boater, watched boats all day, so awesome. Family was so happy when we first walked in. The ONLY setback, the timer on the pool heater was off and the pool wasn’t heated our first night (Feb 26) and took a day to warm up, but big deal, we went to the beach. EVERYTHING was immaculate, from gas grill to kitchen sink. Thank You owners whoever you are! We would like to come back. We think we left it as we found it, (maybe even helped a bit outside, lol.).
