We had a great stay at this location. Proximity to the beach is great just a short walk. We rented bikes and biked most places. House was clean and the pool was warm. Overall we had a great time. A few things that would have been nice to have would be: 4 bath towels per bathroom instead of 2.A few extra kitchen towelsExtra garbage bags as 1 is not enough.Pool floaty’s or pool noodles especially if you would have kids with. Not deal breakers for sure but just a few suggestions. We really enjoyed our time there and would not hesitate to go back.

First stay in Anna Maria Island

Perfect for a family of 4. Five-minute walk to the beach, house was equipped with beach chairs, toys, etc and had a much-needed wagon to make the walk to the beach easy and manageable. The pool was terrific - it was a nice cool down after the walk back from the beach, and was our own tropical oasis. We would definitely stay here again!

Very nice stay on AMI

Good vacation home for a max. of 4 people. Very charming outside / pool area. Inside not very spacious, but nicely furnished and comfortable. AC didn‘t work well in 2nd bedroom, always warmer then in the other rooms. Unfotunatly not completely clean upon arrival (kitchen & bathrooms).

Delightful Accommodations

Pros: Delightful 2 bedroom, two full bathrooms and with a well-stocked kitchen. Beautiful pool and backyard with a grill. Two and a half blocks from the beach. Extremely clean home inside and the outdoor premises. Cons: A lot of stairs to gain entrance to the home. Tricky alarm system to access the garage for beach and pool items.

Tropical Backyard

Proximity to the beach was great, not much of a walk at all compared to other places we have stayed. Appreciated the heavy-duty wagon, chairs and umbrellas for use at the beach. Also liked the addition of the washer and dryer. When we originally inquired before locking down the rental we were told there was none. Pool area was awesome - like our own tropical oasis ... that was the best part of the property. Enjoyed the balcony off the kitchen too. Teens enjoyed their own private balcony as well. Plenty of room for 4 people (2 adults and 2 teens). Thanks for the memories!

Paradise on Anna Maria Island

Anyone who has been to Anna Maria knows how laid back it is but Pineapple Palms reaches the definition of Paradise! The backyard is an Oasis with its thick tropical Palm trees, cannot see any neighbors and blocks out any noise as well. Has a heated pool, gas BBQ grill, tables, chairs, umbrella, don't have to go to the beach if you do not want to, but if you want to you are only a block and a half from a beach access. Another nice feature is you are in the middle of the block on a side street, so no through traffic, very safe and very quiet. The house is so beachy, light and airy, complete with everything you need, dishes, linens, pool towels and a washer and dryer for your long stay because once you stay here you will not want to leave! Pineapple Palms is close to many restaurants, beach access, shopping and the free Anna Maria Island trolley that you can ride all over the island at no charge. You can tell the owners went the extra mile to make you feel at home, there are books, board games, beach supplies. Perfect family or romantic get away, I cant wait to get back to Pineapple palms and Anna Maria.

Extremely well equipped house especially the kitchen. Great location on a quiet street 5 mins from the beach. Super clean pool. All the pool/beach equipment you need inc beach towels. We love Anna Maria and our stay at pineapple palms did not disappoint.

Perfect Spot

Our family really enjoyed the stay. The backyard was the perfect oasis private spot with shade areas were perfect after after a day at the beach! The inside was clean and worked great for our family (2 kids 6and under + 2 adults). The stairs we thought might be an issue with kids but it was not an issue at all. The only “cons”: the kitchen was fully stocked with utensils but lacked some general seasonings. It would of been nice to have an outdoor shower or easy hose off area for sand by gate opening. We really enjoyed the stay and will definitely book the rental again for next year. We did have a golf cart for the week and we said it was the best idea. We didn’t use are car once for the week. It was also very helpful they provided some beach items! Thanks for the wonderful stay!

Incredible vacation!

I would highly recommend this rental.. the description is spot on. My kids are 11 and 12 and they both loved our vacation. It was our first time to Anna Maria island and I knew little about it. The location of the home is a perfect spot, far enough away from the traffic but close enough to just run to the store. Kitchen was stocked with many dishes, utensils and pots and pans. Plenty of beach towels available to use. I would recommend going to the dollar store to shop for condiments/water/soap ect vs buying it all at the grocery store. The grocery store was very busy and crowded even on Sunday after arrival. The house is 2 blocks from the beach, although close enough to walk if needed, carrying beach chairs, towels, ect. Would have been way too much work(even with the provided beach caddy). We rented a golf cart, which you did not need but reviews of the island highly recommended. I would say it was 50/50 on actually needing it. The kids loved it but electric ones do not go very fast and we seemed to hold up traffic. Overall this house was amazing and I would definitly stay again.

Stay at Pineapple Palm

We truly enjoyed our first stay on AMI. The layout of the house and pool area was perfect for 2 adult couples. Kitchen was well stocked with cookware and utensils. Location was great. However there were a few amenities that has always been provided at other VRBO properties that were missing, such as trash bags, extra paper towels, hair dryer, and ONLY ONE WASHCLOTH was provided between 2 bathrooms. That being said, we would definitely consider staying here again.

Great stay!

We had an amazing stay! Has just about everything you need right down to beach toys, chairs. Would recommend renting golf cart ahead of time if wanted as nearby rentals were sold out on arrival.
